#chinatrip Traveling and busy at work ✈️💻 Haven't visited any new coffee shops in Hong Kong for over two months🚶🏻♂️ I just arrived in Wan Chai today so I searched for new coffee shops📱 I just found out that Ethos in Xiuhuafang has changed to Cozo🏠 This is the only place open for business in this quiet neighborhood in the morning👀 Using the same decoration and tables and chairs feels both familiar and strange🤔 Fortunately, four friendly shop assistants delivered a warm morning 😌 The main feature here is the handmade open bagel🥯 There are ten kinds of sweet and salty ingredients to choose from📋 Tried the avocado crayfish salad and the taro and pork floss mochi flavor 🥑🦞🍠🍡 One salty and one sweet filling, rich appearance and ok🤤 It turns out that bagels are made with low-sugar and oil-free whole wheat flour 👩🏻🍳 Healthy, thicker and more delicious😬 The Okinawa Kurobuta pork stewed in soy sauce seems quite attractive. I will try it next time🥓 Tried hand brewing Ethiopia Guji Geisha sun-dried beans 🫘 The chamomile fragrance and grapefruit sour flavor are delicious🌼🍊 My friend's latte was also good☕️ #foodie #food
