| A Great Place to Relax and Enjoy the Sunset A lazy trip for the National Day holiday. I changed my plan from Semporna to Kota Kinabalu just to relax. I stayed at Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu for the first three days and then went to an island for three days. Le Méridien is definitely worth recommending. 1️⃣ The room is nice. One of the rooms was upgraded to a sea view suite. Very comfortable. 😌 2️⃣ The executive lounge offers a 360-degree sea view. The rooftop is probably the only sky bar in Kota Kinabalu. You can enjoy a drink and watch the sunset without leaving the hotel. 🌇 3️⃣ The seafood market is just across the street, where you can experience the local customs. The hotel is close to various attractions, such as Welcome Seafood Restaurant, mangrove tours, the airport, and Kedai Kopi Kinabalu. 🦐🌴 4️⃣ The swimming pool and gym are nice. You can order drinks at the pool from the morning. You can enjoy a comfortable swim and sea view when it rains. 🏊‍♂ 5️⃣ Nearby attractions: 1. Tanjung Aru Beach: A world-famous sunset viewing spot. 2. Open-air market: A great place to experience local culture and shop. 3. Sabah Museum: Learn about the history and culture of Sabah. Overall, it is a great place to relax in Kota Kinabalu. It is also cost-effective. I also found a must-have travel item on this trip: Purcotton disposable underwear with sterilization. Comfortable and convenient. Luckily, I stocked up on a seven-day supply! 😂
