The road to Lugu Lake is not easy to drive, with many twists and turns. It's not recommended to drive yourself if you have never driven on mountain roads. The guide said that a highway is under construction and it should be completed in about 4 years, which will shorten the travel time then 💧There are quite a lot of seagulls at Lover's Beach, mainly because there are fewer people and it's quieter. The docks at Dianchi and Erhai Lake have several times more people than seagulls 💧I really like sitting by Lugu Lake and listening to the sound of the water. For friends who drive or go there on their own, if you have extra space for luggage, I highly recommend bringing a small camping stool and finding a beach to sit and daydream by Lugu Lake 💧At the bonfire party, the Mosuo people sing and dance. Although I don't understand the language, there is a vivid vitality that is inexplicably moving, and it feels like the livor mortis has faded a lot 💧We stayed in Xiaoluoshui Village, which is at the border of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. I saw that many people who go there on their own book their homestays in Daluoshui, which might be similar. Although the temperature of Lugu Lake is the same as that of Lijiang, it feels much colder than Lijiang. There are no pharmacies or clinics in the village, so it's a good idea to bring some cold medicine 💧The hotel we stayed at was by the lake. When I opened the curtains, I could see Lugu Lake.
