Novotel Living Shanghai Jing'an is a hotel located in the Jing'an district of Shanghai. It is very convenient to travel here. You can call a Didi from Hongqiao Airport for about 60-70 yuan. If you take the subway, it is near Zhongxing Road Station, about 5 yuan, and a 5-minute walk. You can also call a Didi to Disneyland for about 80-90 yuan. The building next to the hotel has both Starbucks, KFC, and a minimart. The check-in staff here do not speak much English, so you have to rely on Google Translate. The hotel is in the same building as Novotel Shanghai Jiang'an, just on different floors, and they share all the facilities. If you stay on the Living Floor, there is an additional kitchen, but no kitchenware. The room has a microwave, washing machine, but no dryer or drying rack. The room is spacious, with a living set, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as per Accor hotel standards. Breakfast is an international buffet, mostly Chinese food, but overall it is delicious. The hotel amenities include a fitness center, bar, and free WiFi. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai.

In this Shanghai trip, we stayed at G E M Hotel, which is located on Nanjing Road, a shopping street that everyone who comes to Shanghai must visit. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor of the ZARA building. It is not difficult to get there. 🚆You can take the green MRT line 2 from Pudong Airport to East Nanjing Road St. No need to change lines. Then use exit 1, turn left, and walk for about 300 meters. The building will be on the right. We stayed in the Gemei Superior Double Bed Room (Private Washing Machine). Our room was on the 11th floor. There was a window to enjoy the view. The room amenities were complete, including a safe, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, clothes rack, and hair dryer, but there was no bidet. In Shanghai, the electricity used is 220V 50Hz. We have attached a picture of the power plugs for you. There is a housekeeper who cleans the room every day. For us, it is very good. Very easy to travel, near Miniso Land too, stop by every day 😄 Nearby is Family Mart and another convenience store (can't remember the name 😅) We stop by to eat every night. As for the DIDI line, it's easy to call. It's near the road where cars drive. The only disadvantage for us is that the room is not soundproof. Other than that, we have no problems at all. Price Deluxe King Room CNY 470 (Pudong Travel Voucher + Enjoy Shanghai Accommodation Voucher) Check-in The front desk was quick and efficient! The concierge was very professional! Although we had a lot of luggage, the two bellboys were very enthusiastic and helped us take our luggage to the room. 1. Room type: Executive Deluxe King Room (upgrade) 2. Size: 48m2 3. Decor: The room was standard, with a vintage feel. The room was small, with a low ceiling, the hardware was poorly maintained, the cleaning was average, and the bedside table was dusty. 4.
