In this bustling metropolis of Shenzhen, there is a place where people can temporarily forget the noise and return to nature - Wutong Mountain. As the first peak of Pengcheng, it not only attracts countless hiking enthusiasts with its magnificent scenery but also becomes one of the must-visit spots in my heart due to its unique charm and challenge. The sun becomes particularly scorching at noon, fortunately, I followed the advice and brought a hat and sunglasses. After several hours of climbing, I finally reached the top of Great Wutong. Standing there, the beautiful scenery of the entire Shenzhen city is in full view, and amidst the mist, it feels like being in a fairyland. A sense of accomplishment and pride arises from within, and all the sweat turns into satisfaction and happiness. We chose to descend the mountain at night, perfectly avoiding the peak hours. Although our legs started to ache, the funny walking posture made us laugh non-stop. Finally, we chose to take an unlicensed taxi down the mountain, which was thrilling but a bit scary. I recommend everyone to prioritize safety. Of course, we had to take photos to commemorate reaching the top. Despite the unimaginable crowd, we still found the right angle to capture this unforgettable moment. Can you find me in the photo? Hahaha. Early start: Try to start climbing before ten o'clock to avoid the midday heat. Fully equipped: Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and enough water. Reasonable rest: Choose a small shop to rest halfway and replenish energy. Safety first: Choose a reliable way to descend the mountain and avoid taking risks. Shenzhen's Wutong Mountain is not only a physical challenge but also a spiritual baptism. From it, I learned perseverance and courage, and I also gained unparalleled beauty and friendship. Next time I come, I will still choose this place because each experience is new.
