The restaurant's name is called Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu king. Their specialties would be their tonkatsu ramen, where the soup broth is so rich and flavourful, and packed with slices of Char siew. You can customize your bowl of ramen in terms of how hard you want your noodles to be, and how salty your soup to be, and weather you want toppings like flavoured egg, seaweed, spring onions or black fungus. I love this concept as I get to choose what I want for my ramen. Kids also get to eat free with every bowl of ramen ordered. Just amazing for families with kids. I always get their regular tonkotsu ramen with all topping and their black spicy tonkotsu ramen, and the ramens are always delicious with generous portions. Beside that, there's free flow complimentary boiled eggs and seasoned beansprouts that you can help yourself to. You can eat these items as much as you want. Lastly, dining at Keisuke ramen shop transports you back to old time Japan with their retro looking shop interior designs. You can see lots of retro looking posters and decor in the shop. The shop may be a little small, but it reminds me of those small dining shops in Japan. Go early to avoid queues and so as to get a table too. Would highly recommend this ramen place!
