🇯🇵 Julia Omakase experience

Itadakimasu and let me bring you to Julia Omakase, a female chef dominated restaurant in Omotesando in Tokyo and the nearest station is Omotesando station. This restaurant is run Chef Nao and she did not attend any culinary schools. This is unheard of in Tokyo but she and her partner are creating attention. Chef Nao does the cooking and her partner is a sommelier as well as the server. They are open on selected days for dinner service so a reservation will be required. It is also easy to make a reservation via their website. But they only have like 6 to 8 limited seats at the counter so you will need to make reservations in advance. You can choose your course to be with wine paring or without.
