[Aomori Prefecture/Towada City] You can't stop eating rice! This is the best Towada gourmet food

Aomori Prefecture 🫧 Towada City Tsukasa Barayaki Shokudo When you think of Towada, you think of barayaki! I'd heard of it before, but I'd never tried it, so I went all the way to Towada and wanted to eat some delicious barayaki! So I went. It was a weekday afternoon (around 2pm?) and there was no wait, and the restaurant was about 20-30% full. The restaurant was surrounded by plastic? It had a popular atmosphere. There was a paper with examples of how to grill it on each seat, and the staff explained it carefully. As the grilling continued, a nice aroma gradually spread, and the staff checked it each time, and when it was almost done, I put it on top of the rice and took a bite. The sweet and spicy sauce was firmly entangled with the pork and onion, and before I knew it, the rice was empty. lol They said you could have as much rice as you wanted, so I had no hesitation in asking for more. lol I'm sure there's no one who doesn't like this, right?
