The phone line only spoke Japanese so the front desk girls called for us to try to get us a refund. The hotel is located above the 20th floor of the building. I had booked a deluxe room, but upgraded to a corner room. This allowed me to admire the view on both sides. Settsukyo park is known for its sakura and very popular place during spring season but in fact it is also stunning during autumn season. You can choose from 5 hiking trails whick one best suits your interest. In my case, I choose the letter B trail which where I can fully enjoy nature viewing. I am totally in awe with this Tower built in 1912 then rebuilt in 1956 after it perished during a fire. Along the streets to this spot were restaurants, stores, cinemas and other premises with colorful lights and signages. It has been a prominent landmark in Shinsekai area.
