Even tho we had just a day and a half to enjoy Boracay, everything was possible! Island is not big so it’s easily accessible, there are no cars but tricycles, which makes the experience even more authentic 🌸 I highly recommend to stay in a boutique hotel (Amigos is a great one) for a low cost trip and try scuba diving (we had it as an offer from the hotel) 🤿 was my first experience but must say our instructor made sure for us to stay safe and feel great 🫶🏻 Nightlife is also very busy for those who like to hang out and enjoy the night atmosphere ✨ #boracay #scubadiving #boracayisland #boracaytravel #weekendgetaways

It’s my family’s second visit in Boracay Island and boy, it gets better every time. There are new restaurants and activities to try from paraw sailing, land tour, island hopping, etc. We ate at trending restaurants like Aria, Spicebird, Ice Flakes, Coco Mama and many more. For hotel, we stayed at Henann Palm and it is the best hotel for families with children! It is beachfront and near every thing you need! Facilities are so nice too even their food and drinks. Vacationing in the Philippines!! Just a light holiday⛱️ I didn't have high expectations for the trip to Boracay, as the islands in Southeast Asia are quite similar, and since there were no new major hotels on Boracay, I had to choose Shangri-La, thinking it would be a peaceful vacation with the family. The result was completely beyond my expectations. The facilities show their age, but Shangri-La maintains them very well, and the service, restaurants, and spa are all quite good (though the Mediterranean restaurant was a bit lacking). Everyone must take good care of their sun protection! Got a serious sunburn on my shoulders and thighs🥺 If you want the best experience, I suggest avoiding the seaweed season from March to May.
