Forbidden City☺️ Must go! As I didn't know how to book tickets, I used the bargaining service of trip.com, which also ensured that I wouldn't get lost. The Clock Museum and Treasure Museum are included in the package. I think the Treasure Museum is worth a visit, but it doesn't matter whether you go to the Clock Museum or not. It's just a bunch of clocks for you to see. If you are not particularly interested, you can skip it. The area is also small. If you have time, I recommend renting an audio guide, walking slowly and listening slowly. It is a bit tiring to follow a tour guide because the Forbidden City is so huge. If you go there by yourself, you may spend more time earlier, but you can take a rest slowly. There are roast duck restaurants outside the Forbidden City, which sell roast duck in many places. But it is also recommended because it has not been repaired. You can see more of the Great Wall, and it is also quite high, higher than the terrain of the two Great Walls! 7, Tongxing Hesheng Slide ☺️ You need to buy a ticket for the projects in Gubei Water Town separately, but it's still fun. First of all, traveling during off-peak season is the basis for a pleasant autumn trip. We booked the Gubei Water Town Hotel in advance, with a room rate of over 700 (peak season price 3,888) per day, including breakfast for two and unlimited 24-hour access to the water town. We arrived at the hotel at around 5 pm on Tuesday. The first impression I got when I entered the lobby was that it was spacious and luxurious. There was not only a direct elevator to the second floor, but also two escalators and a wide staircase. The room we booked had a separate walk-out balcony facing the Simatai Great Wall. When night fell, the Great Wall was lit up with landscape lights, and the beautiful scenery was in full view. We quickly put down our backpacks and went downstairs to the water town to enjoy the night view. The night view of the water town is unique, with a sense of calmness and ease, and a sense of comfort and beauty! Strolling through the streets of the water town, looking at the Great Wall and mountains in the distance, and the flowing water and small bridges around us, we felt completely relaxed. The mattress is a bit soft and not very thick, but the room has heating, so overall the sleeping conditions are okay.
