Sharing some of the photos I had while snorkeling with my friends in Moalboal, Cebu. I was going through so much and needed a break from the rat race. I am just so glad, I chose the sea adventure. There is something about the ocean that makes you always wonder. Honestly, some things are just too beautiful to be captured by artificial lenses. Pulau Payar Marine Park is located around 30 km away from Langkawi island and tourists can get there via a 45 min speedboat. It is the only place off the western coast of peninsular Malaysia which has exotic coral reefs and marine life similar to that of the Indian ocean. The island is very tiny, a little more than 1,5 km long and a little more than 100 m wide. Nearby there are several smaller islands, also included in the marine park. There is no tourist infrastructure for a long tourist stay, and this is prohibited, since the island and the marine park is a protected area. We stayed in Phuket for 5 days. We didn’t have time for many Long Island trips, so we took a day tour to visit as many as we could in one day! It was a fantastic experience!! I thought it might feel rushed but the guides allocated the perfect amount of time at each spot. We were collected from our hotel and brought to the pier. We had some light refreshments before heading on the boat. The boat was comfortable and we all had life jackets. Water and soft drinks were available throughout the day free of charge. The tour guides were super friendly and caring. We visited bamboo island and Phi Phi island as well as Maya beach. The water was crystal clear and the sand was incredibly white and soft. We had two opportunities to go snorkelling by the coral where we saw amazing fish - just like finding nemo! Lunch was big and tasty. The trip was both exciting and relaxing but I wouldn’t recommend bringing children under 9 years of age as it would be a long day for them and they wouldn’t be able to experience the day like an older child. #Coral #phi_phi_island #snorkelling #bambooisland #ของกินเมืองคอน
