I was always dreaming to visit Venice carnival which is always going in February and this year very accidentally I found myself in Venice at 4th of February There are high spots like the Balls, the Grand opening and closing ceremonies - but I went with my camera to capture the spirit. People appear in full costume with/without masks as you wander through the streets and canals. Others capture this on cameras. There are photo shoots- very early in the morning - and it seems to be by word of mouth where other shoots take place. Most times it was fun but - amateurs pretending to be paparazzi saw a few scuffles break out!! "Before breakfast "I thought!! A lot of action takes place in St Mark's Square at night - the collonades are lit with cascades of light, there is a centre stage and everything is alive. It's very surreal, fantastic and I am.very glad I have experienced it. Maybe one year I shall take a costume, buy a mask and wander the streets to be photographed and adored! We had great fun in the Wu Kai Sha YMCA Christmas Market 2022! There were many fun activities and games, bouncy castle, a inflatable rock climbing wall with safety features, Christmas Market stalls, usual sports as well as sports you don’t get to experience much in daily life such as fencing etc etc! This camp site has special themed festivals and open days like this every now and then, welcoming visitors to have fun in a open and natural environment. The place is HUGE and a real nature gem, just a walk around the whole camp area will calm you down, not to mention the beautiful coastline alongside. Do try to walk to the other side closer to the Wi Kai Sha village, you will find a real climbing wall for children! #kidsfun #family #carnival

We went on a Wednesday evening and it was very crowded. There were inadequate signage to show the how to get there from the entrance. It took us quite a while to find the entrance. The venue wasn’t very big. It was nice with music and lights, but there is nothing much you can do except having food and photo taking. The food there was quite good but there’s not a need to go there for food. Price is also quite responsible as it’s an event. I think they can have a better design on all the decorations, it’s not very attractive until I want to pay money to get it. will not recommend even you have never been to.#christmas #gardenbythebay #carnival

But there is this night market located in Taoyuan City called the XingRen Garden Night Market at No. 46, Zhangxing Rd, Bade District, Taoyuan City, 334 has an area full of kids amusement park rides, carnival games and also many kids toys like stuff toys and boy toys. It's on the other side, across the street from the foodie area of XingRen Garden Night Market, we also missed it until we actually drove pass it and stopped again! There was a huge carnival and parade going on at Suntec City mall and there were cute purple booths set up all around the area. I bought this cool-looking container of purple water biscuits. Everything had a purple theme, even the people marching in the parade were decked out in this colour. Thank goodness it didn’t rain though as this event was entirely outdoors. I loved the casino at Atlantis I’m sure part of this was the size, but I’ve stayed at Beaches Resorts that are also huge, but still feel like a Caribbean island resort. I’ll lay out the good and the bad in this Atlantis Bahamas review below, and I’m not going to bash the property with an overly negative review, but the adults all agreed that we wished we spent our money elsewhere. This carnival last from now till end of the year, but you have to get your tickets via the trip app before you head down. The most ideally fun section of the mega carnival is the VR Experience, where you are able to play multi times from shooting, to skiing, motorbike and even a roller coaster VR ride! Well, honestly for the price we pay its much cheaper here as you get to try many different games and with no limit! So worth it!

There was a happening purple fiesta carnival that took place at the iconic central atrium of Suntec City shopping centre. All around the fountain of wealth, there were booths and shops selling all sorts of food, drinks and products that were purple in colour, super interesting! It was quite a major event too where the guests of honour were ministers of state and members of parliament. Midway through, there was a contingent parade that marched through the roads, what a jam-packed experience.
