#wheretogo Are you lookin for the best restaurants that sells an authentic Sundanese Food? you can come to Saung Pengkolan. Saung Pengkolan is a Sundanese Restaurant located in Lembang Area. They have many branches in Lembang and this time i came to Saung Pengkolan 2. I ordered their signature menu: Nasi Liwet Package. Its package includes Nasi Liwet (rice cooked in coconut milk, chicken broth and spices), Fried Chicken, Salted Fish, Bakwan Jagung, Tofu, Tempeh, Petai, veggies, and sambal. It costs IDR 166.000 for 3pax. Besides that, i also order another menu: fried squid, sayur asem and karedok. Wongso Lemu is already famous, and the oldest of Nasi Liwet Seller in Solo/Surakarta, since 1950. so it is already 61 years now (now is year 2021). Nasi Liwet is Steamed rice poured with coconut and chicken broth, topped with shredded chicken and sweet pumpkin. there are some topping like : suwir ayam (shredded chicken) boiled egg ati ampela (chicken's heart/liver) ceker (chicken's leg) etc you can also eat with kerupuk (crackers) which is my favourite. they also have some other menus to warm your body like , they call it "wedang" they have: wedang tea wedang uwuh wedang jahe ronde price started IDR 15.000 price and taste is abit competitive compare, but they can hold their genuine and authentic since year 1950. so let's appreciate it. they also have a group of 3-4 sinden (javanese traditional singer) which will sing traditional songs during your dinner. if you like it, giving small amount of gratitude is kinda appreciation for them. #javanese #solo #centraljava #nasiliwet #tradiito al #food #travelling #culinary
