the reason for us to travel to South Korea was to visit Alpaca World. We book a tour to bring us there. In Alpaca World, we learn about the animal and its characteristic from the on site Alpaca experts. Do come early to see the grand entrance of the cute alpacas.You can walk and feed an alpaca with a small fee. it was a amazing experience! There is also some other animals for you to see such as rabbits and peacocks. Getting There - We booked a tour. Departing from Hongdae, it will bring you straight to Alpaca World in the comfort of an air condition bus Attractions - The cute Alpacas! If you need a short escape from the busy Seoul, perhaps you should take a day trip to Alpacas World. Located in Chuncheon which is about 75km or 1 hr bus ride from Seoul, but I’m pretty sure the trip is going to be worth it! As you reach Alpaca World, you will be completely astonished by the great view. Take note that the temperature will be slightly colder than Seoul since this located on the top of the mountain. I visited Alpaca World in December, when Seoul’s temperature was around 0 degree, and it was -12 degree in Alpaca World. There, you can feed the Alpacas, take a walking tour with them, pet them and definitely have to take picture with them! Not just Alpacas, you can see other animals such as rabbits, deer, pony, owls, eagles, birds & more. Before going back, don’t forget to get some souvenirs to remind yourself how cute the Alpacas are! Getting There - First you need to reach Kundasang, can look for my post Kundasang Market on how to get to Kundasang. From Kundasang it took about 12-15 minutes drive and about 4KM form Kundasang Market (Check on the 2nd last picture). Attractions - Here you can petting, take picture and even feed the Alpaca. Be sure to look over on the last picture for the time and schedule. Hotels - There's a chalet in this area but I didn't manage to visit it. The restaurant’s food quite delicious. Only 10 mins drive to Desa Dairy Farm & Alpaca club. Sometimes, things is like that, u cant have all good at same time. Amazing trip in Seoul, Korea! Woke up early in the morning for our day trip to Nami Island, Gangchon Rail Park and Alpaca island :) This was the sunrise we caught once we alighted from the subway station, what a sight to behold! The scenery from the rail bike was amazin as well, with clear blue waters and skies. Honestly very cute. I had alot of fun with my friends feeding the alpacas and also walking around the mini zoo. We went in summer (do not recommend— it was so hot). The mini zoo was on a hill so you can imagine the steep climb in the summer heat to see a variety of animals that are in the zoo. It wasn’t crowded which is good and the only people there were those that were in the same tour group as us. We had a coin to feed the alpacas roaming in a large pen. It was really fun because they were so hungry and smart to find you for your food. There was also an amazing race and the prize is a sticker sheet— very cute. ps: we went on a nami-island tour so which covers the alpaca world attraction (recommend if you want to spend a day exploring nami with your friends) #alpaca #namiisland #namislandkorea #south_korea #korea

All the cutest animals can be found here in Da Lat. Domestic flight is 1 hour away from Ho Chi Minh City. With kids you must visit Zoodoo, known as the Da Lat Zoo. There will be timings for booking (get tickets on Klook it’s cheaper) and it is a guided tour. Tour guide can speak basic English not to worry. During this time, not all zones are open yet, but we're already tired from walking. The starting entrance fee is 290 baht/person. We think it's okay, just right. 😄 🦙Before entering, there will be an officer demonstrating how to approach animals without danger. After that, let us walk. There are arrows along the way for us to follow and there are signs indicating the animal zones all along. 🦙When you enter, there will be food for sale at various points so that children can feed the animals. 🦙The highlight here would be the alpaca and the Hobbit village zone where little geese will come out to greet you. On our way to Akaroa, we made an unplanned but unforgettable stop at West Melton Llama Farmland after searching for the Alpaca Shop on Google. What started as a simple detour turned into one of the most heartwarming experiences of our trip. A Family-Run, Award-Winning Farm The farm is owned by a friendly and passionate couple who met 30 years ago and turned their love for animals into this beautiful, family-run llama and alpaca farm. Their dedication has not gone unnoticed—they have won awards for 15 consecutive years, proving their expertise in breeding and caring for these gentle creatures. Unlike large commercial farms, this place remains a hidden gem. There were no long queues, allowing us to take our time and fully enjoy the experience. Up-Close Encounters With Friendly Llamas and Alpacas Upon arrival, the owners provided us with fresh grass to feed the llamas and alpacas. They have different species, including baby crias, and all of them were incredibly friendly. Some were curious and approached us on their own, eager to be fed, petted, and even kissed! Yes, you can kiss an alpaca here, and if you are lucky, they might kiss you back! It was such a unique experience to connect with them so closely. Before entering, there were many dos and don’ts informed by the staff. Regardless of following those set of rules, I was still kicked by an alpaca 🥲 reason? Because i fed another alpaca and not him. Traumatised. Other than that, the place was absolutely stunning located on top of a mountain. There were other animals such as camels, rabbits and birds. Buying the alpaca coins will give you a chance to buy feed for the animals there (not just for feeding alpaca). The place also has steep paths which might be hard for the elderly and those travelling with strollers. It’s best to take your time to stroll around and not rush. Stepping into Designer Cats Malaysia in Johor Bahru for an hour felt like entering a cozy, whimsical wonderland. With my complimentary ice cream in hand, I was immediately charmed by the playful cats and a chivet in the dedicated petting area, separate from the cafe.
