📍🇹🇭Wat Pho, Bangkok, Thailand | Wat Pho Bangkok Wat Pho in Bangkok is famous for its giant reclining Buddha. Its size is astonishing, with a length of 46 meters and a height of 15 meters!! It is also the headquarters of traditional Thai massage. Inside the temple, there are many statues depicting massage movements, making it different and interesting compared to other temples. Personally, I find the mosaic walls of the buildings incredibly beautiful. The mosaics glittering in the sunset are truly breathtaking! In the evening, there are fewer people, it's cooler, and strolling around is very pleasant.

Koh Kret, located about 20km from central Bangkok, is perfect for a one-day trip 😄 I recommend a craft beer shop on Koh Kret, so I'd like to introduce it to you ♪ 《WAYDE》 There are about 10 types of craft beer available at any time 🍺 They come in different colors, and it's fun to line them up 😃 They start at 170 baht per glass. Introducing a photogenic cafe on the outskirts of Bangkok that is popular with both Thais and tourists♪ 《After the Rain Coffee & Gallery》 A cafe in Nakhon Pathom☕ It's a cafe, but it has boats and swings🚣 Thailand has a lot of interesting cafes♪ I thought the boat was just for photos, but it's actually a pond that goes all the way around, so you can row around it😸 But there are no rails or anything, and you have to row hard to move forward and turn😅lol (It doesn't move automatically like in Japanese amusement parks💦) It was hot and quite hard to go around and come back! lol There are boats for photos, so if you don't want to row a boat, that's fine too🤔 There's no boat fee, just food and drink. I'd like to introduce some cafes in Bangkok that I personally recommend 😸 《NICOLO BAKERY》 What's good about it is that the sweets lined up in the store are cute ❤️ I can't decide which one to get 🤔 Also, the Christmas season decorations are cute 🎄🎅 This shop is famous for its tiramisu, but they also have a menu called "Browni-tisu" that combines tiramisu and brownies, so I ordered that too 🥄 185 baht I'm happy to be able to eat brownies and tiramisu together 😍 (But I wanted to eat a lot of tiramisu, so I might have been fine with just regular tiramisu. lol) The shop is small, with less than 15 seats. This time we departed from the newly built satellite terminal! So I would like to report on the "Miracle Lounge" located in the satellite terminal 🫡 When you arrive at the satellite terminal, take the escalator up and you will see it. The Miracle Lounge accepts Priority Pass, so I have been there several times, but this was my first time at the Miracle Lounge in the satellite terminal...! The menu is pretty much the same, but the good thing about the Miracle Lounge is that it has a live kitchen 💓 They made me Khao Man Gai 🍽️ I also served myself some green curry from the buffet zone and had some sparkling wine. There is a wide selection of Thai beers such as Singha, Shan, and Leo, whiskey, wine, and of course soft drinks 🙆 There is also a wide selection of desserts, fruits, and ice cream! This was my first stay at Conrad Bangkok and I was looking forward to it. The hotel is directly connected to the All Seasons Place complex, so there are no problems with dining and shopping. The "1 Deluxe Corner King Room" I stayed in this time is a corner room with 53m², which is quite spacious. It has a nice classical atmosphere with a hint of Thai style! The bathtub with a view from the upper floor is also gorgeous. There is also a large swimming pool, making this hotel the perfect place to relax in Bangkok. I went to Koh Nang Ayun, which is said to be the most beautiful island around Samui. It takes 1.5 hours by ferry from Koh Samui! The view was amazing and the beach was beautiful. It was really good🥹 It's a small island right next to Koh Tao and is also famous as a snorkeling spot. Just diving from the beach was great with lots of big fish🫶 The view from the observation deck at the top of the hill was also amazing. #airportlounge #lcc #bangkoktrip At the lounge, Annex Rokko at Kansai International Airport, there were only rice crackers and cookies, so I ate rice crackers and had tea (there was a variety of drinks at the drink bar, but of course there was no alcohol) while waiting for the announcement. As I headed to the gate and waited for my turn, I took lots of pictures of the AirAsia aircraft. I like planes, and I've only ever flown with Peach among LCCs, but Peach's Bink aircraft are cute, and AirAsia's aircraft are also red and white, so I was very happy. The cabin was still small, but that wasn't a problem, and the female AirAsia flight attendants didn't have their hair tied up in a bun, so they had long hair and looked pretty and cool. The male flight attendants were tall and very handsome. There was a wide variety of food, and I was surprised at how delicious the tapioca milk tea was. They had typical Thai food menus and sandwiches, and it was cheap. Snacks and drinks are also available. However, you can't watch movies or anything like that, so it might be a good idea to download them to your computer or smartphone first. After a little less than five hours, I finally arrived in Bangkok. Just like Peach, I got off the stairs and boarded the bus...and took a picture before that. I arrived at Bangkok International Airport. AirAsia's aircraft were cute, with the company logo in round letters. The service on board was polite and very pleasant. I'll be flying on them again on my way back, but for my next trip, I think that for short distances like Thailand, an LCC would be totally fine. Now, I'm off to enjoy sightseeing in Bangkok for the first time in a while.

Boarding month: March 2023 Airline: Malaysia Airlines Flight/route: MH53 KIX→KUL Aircraft: A330-300 / 9M-MTN Seat: Economy class The A330 took off from Kansai Airport, circled over Kobe Bay, and then passed over Shikoku and southern Kyushu. Then it flew south, skimming along the east coast of Taiwan, and then flew over the South China Sea to Malaysia 🇲🇾 Eastern Taiwan, which I don't usually get to see.
