When you order from the menu, they serve abalone sashimi, sea squirt, and live octopus as complimentary appetizers before the meal. During my trip to Jeonju, I discovered a hidden gem, Keunjip Blood Sausage, where I had an unforgettable culinary experience. I ordered the special blood sausage soup, and the broth was clear and refreshing, making me feel at ease. The soup was generously filled with blood sausage and intestines, making it hearty. The special sauce made with onions, perilla powder, and vinegar was a delightful addition. Dipping the side ingredients in this sauce not only masked the unique smell of pork but also enhanced the flavor. I also recommend wrapping perilla leaves with onions, ssamjang, and intestines for a delicious bite. The side dishes like perilla leaves, fresh kimchi, and onion salad were also tasty. Parking is available, and the owner and staff are friendly. It's a local favorite that I find myself visiting often because I crave the taste from time to time. Recently, it was featured on a show where Pungja visited. If you come to Jeonju, be sure to stop by!
