Trip Moments Recommendations
Joshua Tree National Park, California Attraction
Desert, boulders, and Joshua trees create a unique landscape.
The park has many trails that reveal its breathtaking scenery. Be sure to bring enough water and snacks, and pay attention to trail markers, directions, and parking locations.
Since there is no cell signal in the park, it's recommended to download offline maps beforehand. These maps can help you navigate back to your parking spot safely if you get lost.
June is a great time to visit. Although it's sunny, the weather is cool and not too hot. It's perfect for a day trip, and each trail offers different views.
If you haven't purchased a ticket in advance, you can enter the park first and buy a ticket when you leave. The fee is $30 per vehicle, and the receipt allows unlimited entry for seven days. Since it's impossible to see everything in one day, many people camp inside the park to slowly enjoy the natural wonders.
Utah Lake State Park, Salt Lake City Attraction
Utah Lake in Salt Lake City is a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset.
I saw people picnicking and boating on the beach all day long.
The water quality is a bit poor, so it's not recommended to swim.
There are many lake insects in the summer evenings and occasionally in the mornings, which can sometimes be unbearable. They mainly appear during warm weather, so keep that in mind.
This is a state park, so an entrance fee is required.
I often run to the lakeside and find the visit very enjoyable!
Natural Bridge Caverns San Antonio Natural Scenery
During my trip to San Antonio, I decided to visit the Natural Bridge Caverns, a cave known for its spectacular underground scenery and rich stalactite features.
Upon entering the cave, I was immediately struck by the sight before me. The limestone structures were bizarre and varied. The air inside the cave was humid and stuffy, with humidity reaching up to 99%, making breathing feel heavy. The guide explained the formation process of the cave and how these uniquely shaped stalactites and stalagmites slowly formed over millions of years.
At the deepest part of the cave, which was the last stop of the tour, there was a stunning light show that made these natural wonders even more magnificent.
