Shanghai: Where Dumplings and Skyscrapers Rule the Sky!
Shanghai—where futuristic skyscrapers meet street food that’ll make you reconsider your lunch plans. Let’s talk food: xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are like little pockets of joy that could make you believe in love at first bite. And sheng jian bao (pan-fried buns)? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—basically a crispy hug for your taste buds.
As for the scenery, it’s a stunning mix of old-world charm and modern luxury. One moment you're in a traditional teahouse, the next, you're staring at the glowing Bund skyline like you’ve stepped into a sci-fi movie.
And the people? Fast-paced and friendly, ready to share a bubble tea and their love for the city. Shanghai: where the skyline is tall, the food is unforgettable, and you’ll always be hungry for more

Macau: A Little Bit of Vegas, A Lot of Delicious!
Macau—where the neon lights are bright, the casinos are buzzing, and the food will have you betting on seconds! First, the food: Macanese cuisine is a delightful mix of Portuguese and Chinese influences. Think bacalhau (salted cod) and pork chop bun—a combo that’s as unexpected as a jackpot win! And don’t even think about leaving without trying the famous egg tarts, which are so good, you might just end up buying a second round… or third.
The scenery? Glittering skyscrapers meet cobblestone streets, with a dash of historic charm. And the people? They’ll smile at you like you’ve just won big, even if you’re just wandering the streets.
In short, Macau: where luck may not always be on your side, but the food definitely is!

England: Tea, Telly, and Truly Quirky Culture
Ah, England – where it’s perfectly normal to discuss the weather for hours and still never quite know what it’s doing. The culture? A mix of ancient castles, royal scandals, and pub quizzes. And let’s not forget the food – sure, it may have a bad rep, but once you’ve had a proper Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding, you'll see the light. Fish and chips by the seaside? Divine. The landscapes are equally charming – rolling hills, misty moors, and of course, the iconic countryside dotted with sheep that might just be judging you. The English people are polite to a fault, but don't worry – they'll warm up to you over a pint of ale (or several). Just mind the rain – it’s as reliable as a good cup of tea!

New Zealand: Where the Views Are Stunning, and the Food's Even Better!
New Zealand—where the sheep outnumber the people, but the food still steals the show! First off, let’s talk pies. Whether it’s a savory steak and cheese or a sweet apple pie, Kiwis know how to bake them like no one else. And don’t even get me started on pavlova, the dessert that will make you want to move to NZ just to eat it every day.
The scenery? Oh, just mountains, beaches, and forests that’ll make you wonder if you've stepped into a movie set. And the people? As friendly as a golden retriever on a sunny day. They're outdoorsy, helpful, and always keen to share a flat white and a story.
In short, New Zealand: where the landscapes are jaw-dropping, and the food will make you want to stay forever!

Spain: Where Siestas, Sangria, and Sizzling Paella Reign Supreme
Spain – a land where the sun always seems to shine just a little brighter, and the food is almost as lively as the people. Here, culture is served with a side of flamenco and an extra shot of "olé!" Tapas? You’ll find yourself nibbling on everything from patatas bravas to jamón ibérico, all while trying not to spill your sangria. And let's talk about paella – it's not just a dish, it’s an experience (preferably enjoyed by the sea). The landscapes are a feast too – from the rolling hills of Andalusia to the beaches of Costa Brava. The Spanish people are warm, passionate, and always ready for a fiesta. Just don't forget your sunscreen – you’ll need it to keep up with their energy!

Indonesia: A Feast for the Senses (And Your Stomach)!
Indonesia—where every meal is an adventure, every view is a postcard, and every person is just one smile away from making your day! First, the food: nasi goreng (fried rice) and sate (satay) are just the beginning. From spicy rendang to sweet klepon, your taste buds will go on a rollercoaster ride, and you’ll be begging for more (while wiping the sweat off your forehead, of course).
The scenery? Picture-perfect beaches, lush jungles, and volcanoes that look like they’re straight out of a movie. And the people? Friendly doesn’t even begin to cover it. They’ll treat you like family, especially if you’re hungry!
In short, Indonesia: a place where the food is hot, the views are cooler, and the people will steal your heart (and your last bite of sambal).

The French Charm: Culture, Cuisine, and Countryside (with a Side of Croissants)
Ah, France – where every street corner feels like a scene from a movie, and the food is nothing short of a love affair. The culture? Think art, romance, and the occasional beret. The French are masters of wine, cheese, and yes, baguettes so fresh you’ll want to take a nap on them. From Parisian cafes to countryside vineyards, French cuisine is a journey of its own. Try escargot if you’re feeling adventurous or just indulge in a croissant (which, let’s face it, is the national treasure). The landscapes are equally stunning, from lavender fields in Provence to the sparkling Riviera. And the people? They might raise an eyebrow at your accent, but they’ll always offer you a glass of Bordeaux. Vive la France!

Durian Paradise at Jalan Alor in Dury Dury
I recently visited Dury Dury, I gotta say, this place is legit for durian lovers. The quality of the durians here is top-notch, every piece was creamy, aromatic, and perfectly ripe. They have a wide selection, including my favorites like Musang King and Black Thorn. Each durian had that distinct rich, buttery flavor that true durian lovers would appreciate.
The place also got a nice vibe. It’s clean and cozy, very lepak-friendly for family and friends. Plus, they made sure the smell doesn’t overpower, so you can enjoy your durians without feeling overwhelmed. Perfect spot to chill and enjoy your durians in a relaxed environment.
Service here memang tip-top. The staff were friendly, and they really know their stuff. They even recommended the best durians for our taste, which made the whole experience even better. Felt like they really put effort into making sure we enjoy our time there.
If you’re looking for a place to makan durian in KL, Dury Dury is a must-try. Definitely worth checking out for all the durian lovers out there.

Back of house cafe
Yonghe Textured Brunch Cafe.
Newly opened The appearance is high quality, a paradise for young people and coffee lovers, The decoration is not much but beautiful, come here to work, read, or chat with friends, you will feel the quality here.
American style grilled over medium heat, using beans from Maruka Tofu Shop. Shops will shake it before serving the cup, so there will be a layer of foam on top that is tart and quite refreshing.
The caramel egg pudding is also delicious. The plates used in this shop are very textured. The pudding is not too sweet and the texture is firm and slightly dense. Combined with fresh cream on top.
The overall wooden decoration gives people a sense of texture. A calm and elegant atmosphere. Paired with soft, warm yellow lighting, it creates a comfortable and relaxing space. Even though there aren't many seats, the table turnover rate was quite high when I went there on a holiday afternoon. I stayed there most of the afternoon and loved it.
