Glodok – Jakarta’s Lively Chinatown
As the sun sets over Glodok, Jakarta’s Chinatown comes alive with neon lights and the tempting aroma of street food. Strolling past historic shophouses, I settle into a humble warung for a comforting bowl of bakso—springy meatballs in a rich, savory broth. Next, a plate of crispy ayam penyet with fiery sambal adds the perfect kick. A true taste of Jakarta’s heritage!

Living in the yard of a house in the Karang Layung area, which is already famous for its beauty, coupled with the slick planting of plants from KLCBS, makes it even more suitable for sitting and enjoying the treats. For those of you who like coffee shop laptops, this could be an option, the quiet location helps to concentrate. The mainstay of the mocktail is that yesterday I just tried the manual, I'll be back to try the mocktail.

Some time ago, I landed at this coffee shop with acaffeinman and kusukangopi_ which turned out to be a really nice place to chat casually in the afternoon. Living in a residential area which is definitely quiet, so it's good to talk without colliding with the sound of the exhaust, but if you want to be in the outdoor area, it's best to be in the afternoon while sipping a fresh signature. There's also a big glass that you can use for ootdan photos.
Address: Panaitan Street No.23, Bandung, West Java
Open Hours: 11.00 - 20.00
Menu Ordered:
22K (reach coffee)
24K (matcha latte)

Found another cozy place to eat in the middle of Bandung city with a homely vintage atmosphere. I really feel comfortable hanging out with my gang friends or partners or even colleagues. There is also a coffee shop and pastry available. The Milles crepe is delicious.
The landscape is very well laid out and pleasing to the eye. As soon as you enter, wow, the interior makes your heart cool. Very beautiful and pleasing to the eyes and heart. There are non-smokers and smokers rooms. The prayer room is good and so are the toilets. Order Japanese Iced Coffee with Kamojang beans. Also Hot Magic and Iced Magic. It's all really delicious. Also order pizza Margharita, Bolognese Shasuka, Mushroom Saltee Egg, and Original Banana Fritter. Everything is very delicious.

This cute little cafe in Tomang West Jakarta makes me curious until finally approached.
The cakes and pastries are delicious, love the butterscotch salted latte.
They have lots of delicious and tasty pastries and cakes. All of the pastries were perfectly cooked, balanced flavors, and crispy all the way through. The cakes portion was big, soft, and creamy.
Amazing coffee!!!! Quiet little Cafe, lovely staff and chilled atmosphere. We came here most mornings.
Truly amazing cappuccino, breakfast, and service. We are always pleasantly surprised when we get a decent cup of coffee, and they were lovely there as we decided where to sit between outside in the heat and inside in the cold.

• One of the dessert shops that I wanted to go to a few months ago, it turns out the place is quite small and a bit difficult to find, you really have to be careful to find this dessert shop. (+) lots of sockets, there are 2 floors here, on the 2nd floor there is a dining table and it is equipped with interesting decorations!💐
• came here at 13.36 pm when the weather was cloudy, at that time the place wasn't too busy, it didn't take long for it to rain heavily so it was cool here for a few hours, (-) renovations are needed for the stairs leading to the 3rd floor, because when it rains it's leaking.
• try 🍪whoopi cookie and 🍫chocobath cookie it tastes really delicious! the sweetness is just right, the texture is dense but soft when eaten

Mount Bromo: A Martian-Like Adventure on Earth
#indonesiatrip
Stepping onto Mount Bromo feels like landing on an alien world, a place where the Earth’s crust seems to have cracked open, revealing an otherworldly landscape of smoking craters, endless ash plains, and towering rock formations. The ground beneath your feet is a mixture of fine volcanic dust and hardened lava flows, stretching into the horizon like the barren surface of Mars.
As I approach the gaping caldera, the air is thick with the scent of sulfur, rising from the depths like a reminder of the planet’s untamed power. The sky above glows in hues of red and orange at sunrise, casting dramatic shadows across the rugged terrain. The surrounding Sea of Sand, a vast desert of volcanic ash, resembles the dusty plains of a distant planet, where the wind carves rippling patterns into the alien ground.
Standing at the crater’s edge, gazing into the smoldering abyss, you feel like an astronaut exploring a new frontier—a place where time and life itself seem to exist on a different scale. Mount Bromo isn’t just a volcano; it’s a glimpse into the raw, untouched forces that shape both Earth and the cosmos.

really like the facilities, including a washing machine, kitchen set & drawer, the bathroom also has a bathtub. What I like the most is the staff service, from the moment I want to check in there are staff who pick me up and help direct me to the receptionist, at the receptionist everyone smiles friendly, when I enter the room there are also helpful staff. At that time there was a slight problem regarding access that couldn't be used, I immediately reported it and it was handled very quickly. Good job and awesome

I stayed at a retro hotel in Jakarta!
I stayed at the Hariton Suites Hotel in North Jakarta! The hotel is a bit old, giving off a retro vibe. The room's interior, including the doors and sofas, had a sense of grandeur and nostalgia.
It felt like I had traveled back in time, which was fun. Despite its age, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
I was able to stay on a high floor, so I enjoyed the view of Jakarta at night. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, so make sure to have breakfast if you stay here!
