Soneva Secret Island, the only floating villa in the Maldives
Soneva Secret is located in the westernmost part of the Maldives, in the Kaafu Atoll. This area is rarely visited and is completely undeveloped, with an excellent natural environment and rich marine life. The only resort here has a huge lagoon and is isolated from the world.
The island's facilities are new and complete, with a high coverage of vegetation and good privacy. There are only 14 rooms on the island, including the first floating villa in the Maldives.
The resort offers extremely attentive and thoughtful service, with each villa providing a professional team of three (24-hour butler service, private assistant, and exclusive chef). It redefines the luxury holiday experience in the Maldives.
The resort's culinary team consists of chefs from 14 different countries, including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, the Maldives, Italy, Indonesia, France, South America, Sri Lanka, China, the Middle East, South Korea, India, and Northern Europe. This means that guests can enjoy cuisine from around the world without leaving the island.
The resort has a Soneva signature kids' club, which encourages children to use their creativity and curiosity while learning and playing, and to explore the mysteries of nature. The resort has professional babysitters, so parents can enjoy their vacation time with peace of mind.
In terms of entertainment facilities, the resort's activity center offers a wide range of activities, such as sunset dolphin cruises and astronomy dinner cruises. There are also many spectacular dive sites near the resort, with rich marine life, where you can swim with spectacular manta rays, cute dolphins and turtles, and gentle whale sharks.

I thought Jingdezhen was beautiful until I visited Shangrao...
📍Location: Shangrao, Jiangxi.
This small city, highly recommended by National Geographic, is full of surprises! The attractions are incredibly enchanting, like a fairy-tale world that blurs the line between reality and dreams.

🚄Transportation: Take the high-speed train to Shangrao Station, where you can catch a direct shuttle to the scenic area for 30 RMB per person, or take a taxi.
✅About the Visit There are two routes in the scenic area: clockwise and counterclockwise, both requiring a hike up the mountain. The area is not large, and one day is enough to explore. It's recommended to arrive by 2 PM; you can enjoy the panoramic views during the day and capture stunning photos during the blue hour at dusk when the lights come on.
✅Must-Visit Spots
1️⃣Baihe Cliff: From the walkway or viewing platform, you can overlook the fairy village in the valley, offering a wide and picturesque view.

Beijing Metro Line 3 Finally Opens After Half a Century
On December 15, 2024, Beijing Metro Line 3 finally opened after 60 years of waiting 🎉
I had seen the reserved mysterious platform at Dongsi Shitiao 🚉
The metro line was first proposed in the 1970s
After 60 years, it finally returned to the Beijing metro network family~
Beijing Metro Line 3, like Lines 1 and 2, is one of the earliest planned lines in Beijing
In 1956, five Soviet experts came to Beijing and guided the drawing of the earliest Beijing metro plan
When Dongsi Shitiao Station on Line 2 was built in 1971, the platform and concourse of Line 3 were reserved under the concourse
Completed in 1984, it was rated as one of the top ten buildings in Beijing in the 1980s, and the only underground building among them
I remember last time I went to Chengde, I had to take a taxi to Chaoyang Station 🚕
Now the metro is seamlessly connected to 🚄 Chaoyang Railway Station, which is very convenient 🎉
If you like taking photos, you must visit Chaoyang Station
The newly opened west square and concourse of Beijing Chaoyang Station are a bit like Daxing Airport ✈️
The Chaoyang Comprehensive Hub Transfer Station is composed of a single-layer steel box girder reticulated shell structure, which is very spectacular 😮
There are also signs of meeting points on the pillars of Chaoyang Station on Line 3
It's so convenient to meet up with friends, such a thoughtful design ♥️
If you're visiting Malacca for the first time, copy this one-day itinerary.
Malaysia is visa-free, so I decided to take a spontaneous trip.
I finally visited Malacca, a place I've longed to visit, and it was truly amazing.
I really like this colorful, dopamine-filled, Southeast Asian-style small town.
It feels like being in Venice on the sea.
I wandered aimlessly through the streets, taking photos, trying local food, daydreaming by the river, and enjoying the sea breeze. It was so relaxing.

Locals call it the "gate without walls." At the top of the hill is St. Paul's Church, where you can learn about the colonial history from 150 years ago. The view of Malacca from the top of the hill is beautiful.
-
✅ Sultan's Palace
It houses the Malacca Cultural Museum, which displays the daily items used in the palace.
-
✅ Menara Taming Sari
A super cool observation tower that rotates and rises to a high point, offering a panoramic view of Malacca.
-
✅ Jonker Street
A street with a Southeast Asian vibe, beautiful architecture, and lots of delicious snacks. Jonker Street is also great for shopping, with many old specialty stores, craft shops, and local clothing stores, perfect for buying souvenirs. ⭐️⭐️Malacca Travel Tips
1⃣️ Malaysia is visa-free. Remember to fill out the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) 3 days before departure.
2⃣️ There are direct buses from Kuala Lumpur Airport, or you can take a bus from TBS Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 2 hours, with many departures. Tickets cost 11-14 RM.
3⃣️ Malacca has a night market on Jonker Street every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which is very lively.
4⃣️ Malacca is not big, so you can do a one-day round trip from Kuala Lumpur. If you have more time, you can enjoy a leisurely two-day trip.
5⃣️ For accommodation, I recommend staying on Jonker Street or along the Malacca River. My room had a view of the canal, which was amazing.
6⃣️ You can use Grab or Bolt for taxis, which is very convenient.
7⃣️ Many shops in Malacca only accept cash or local cards, so remember to bring enough cash.
You have to visit Chongqing at least once in your life for this museum.
😱 Dayuanxiang Museum - Wake Up and Watch on the Wall 😱
🎈 This is the largest private collection museum in Chongqing! 🤩 The museum houses countless stories about tracing roots and ancestors, like ancient history books waiting to be read.
✨ It uses the simplest exhibition method, with no fancy decorations or cool technology, but tells the heaviest historical memories. The entire museum is like a reserved wise man, simple and unpretentious, with only the elegant sandalwood and old wood scent in the air.
☀ When the sunlight falls on the Buddha niche, it seems as if time stands still, allowing our hearts to return to a moment of peace, like finding a quiet harbor in the noisy world. 😌
🙀 When the entire wall of wooden Buddha statues appears as the finale, the scene is simply stunning! We are amazed by their high artistic achievements, the exquisite craftsmanship, as if each Buddha statue is given life. The visual impact is like a powerful wave, hitting our hearts.
When the sandalwood scent enters the nose, and the dust gently falls on the Buddha niche in the light, we close our eyes and truly feel the unique charm of this museum! It's like opening a door to a mysterious ancient world, making people fascinated and unable to extricate themselves. 😍
Wow! I just discovered a hidden gem of a hot spring resort!
OMG!! I stumbled upon this amazing, under-the-radar hot spring resort! 🎉 The atmosphere and attention to detail are impeccable, super chill! Even in winter, you can enjoy the water along the Anhui-Tibet Highway.
The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive! From the moment you arrive, you're surrounded by thoughtful touches. The owner had already prepared bathrobes and even provided props for taking photos in the hot springs. In the evening, soaking in the hot springs with friends, chatting around a bonfire, pure bliss!
The hotel's design is top-notch, with charming details tucked away in every corner. Staying here is incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel is nestled in the mountains, facing lush greenery, offering picturesque views perfect for capturing stunning photos. It's only about a 40-minute drive from the county seat, and there's a huge parking lot right out front. Plus, it offers exceptional privacy. I highly recommend it! 💯👍 It's definitely worth experiencing!

Lanshan Hot Spring Resort in Ruyuan, Shaoguan: The Ultimate Hot Spring Hotel Experience
Stunning! Guangdong's Must-Visit Hot Spring During the Off-Season. I recently visited the Lanshan Hot Spring Resort in Ruyuan, Shaoguan, during the post-holiday off-season, and it was an amazing experience.

The hot spring center resembled Bali, with over 40 open-air pools, including medicinal baths, infinity pools, and a sky mirror, all perfect for photos.

Sydney family trip with a 6-year-old, 20,000 steps a day
Three days in Sydney, full of fun and satisfaction, everything was perfect except for the lack of shopping time. 20,000+ steps a day, but not tired at all, and the kid was great too 👍
Stayed for three nights, captured sunsets from different locations each night, golden afterglow all over the harbor, the gentle silhouette of the Sydney Opera House, lalaland in reality, hard not to be moved 💙
Hotel 🏨:
1️⃣The Fullerton Hotel Sydney 2 nights (core area of the city, next to Martin Place, convenient to go anywhere, hearty breakfast)
2️⃣Quest North Sydney 1 night (Sydney weekend room rates are very high, the last night was chosen in North Sydney, there is a subway bus at the door, also thinking of visiting the North Sydney night view, the most important thing is to choose an apartment to cook, fry steak)
Itinerary 📅:
Day 1: The night before, flew from Melbourne to Sydney late, woke up naturally in the morning, the first day was mainly a leisurely Citywalk: Hyde Park, St. Mary's Cathedral, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney Opera House.
Day 2: Early morning Royal Botanic Garden (because the previous afternoon's Mrs. Macquarie's Chair photo was backlit, the teammate insisted on getting up early, re-punching the Opera House's beautiful location, and it turned out that the morning sea was indeed much more beautiful, 40 minutes round trip); after breakfast and rest at the hotel, took the bus to Bondi Beach; returned to the North Sydney hotel at 4 pm to rest and adjust, went to Lavender Bay in the evening to see the night view, walked along the coastal trail to Luna Park, took a cab back to the hotel, bought steak, lamb chops, oysters, and mussels at a nearby supermarket to make dinner at the apartment.
Day 3: Woke up naturally, took the bus from the North Sydney apartment to Taronga Zoo 🐨, 20+ minutes direct to the north gate of the zoo, all the way downhill, returned to the south gate, took the ferry directly to Circular Quay, no return trip, recommended route! After getting off the boat at Circular Quay, took the bus directly to the University of Sydney, took a little stroll, went to Jeffrey Street Wharf in North Sydney to watch the sunset, very few people, a very quiet and great sunset spot, highly recommended! After dark, took a cab to the airport with luggage to catch a late flight back home ✈️

I unearthed a hidden gem of a luxury homestay nestled within the Yuanyang Rice Terraces!
❗️The weather during my trip to Yuanyang wasn't ideal. The sun only peeked out for a bit on the first day when I arrived at the homestay. Thankfully, the homestay itself made up for it, bringing my rice terrace experience back into positive territory!
💗Shengtian Manshanlai consists of three yellow houses located in the valley of the Duoyishu scenic area.
👉Figure 2 shows a view from the parking lot looking down. The scenery is beautiful with the sunlight around 5 or 6 o'clock.
👉Figures 3-7 capture the view from the balcony of my room right after check in. Who needs Aichunlan when you have a sky mirror right here?
You can go down to the rice terraces and capture photos of the Hani people working.
There's a dedicated shuttle service between the homestay and the parking lot, making it very convenient to come and go.
👉Figures 10-12 showcase the room's decor, which I absolutely adored. The simple yet elegant design, with attention to detail in every corner, creates a wonderful ambiance. The room is equipped with a 4K projector, a smart toilet, and a huge window-side bathtub. You can also watch the sunrise over the Duoyishu Rice Terraces from the rooftop.
🌧️The fog and rain on the second day revealed another side of this ancient village, a truly calming experience. I loved sitting by the window, enjoying a leisurely breakfast, especially with the peach blossom tree outside. After breakfast, I strolled around the village, taking some atmospheric photos. The tranquil Duoyishu exuded a gentle yet pure power.
Finally, someone has explained global travel in one go!

The incredibly popular Yayoi Kusama exhibition at the NGV is a must-see in Melbourne.
I happened to be back in Melbourne during Yayoi Kusama's polka dot exhibition, and I definitely couldn't miss it. Many exhibits are being shown in Australia for the first time, and the popularity is evident in the fact that tickets need to be purchased several days in advance.
🎫 How to book:
This exhibition is extremely popular, so be sure to purchase tickets in advance on the NGV's official website to avoid sell-outs.
If you prefer a less crowded viewing experience, it's recommended to book the earliest time slot, around 9:00 am, when there are the fewest people.
💰 AUD 38
❤️ Must-see photo spots:
Most of the amazing photo opportunities are in Part 2.
1️⃣ World premiere! The stunning new work - the kaleidoscopic Infinity Mirrored Room. It's like stepping into a parallel universe!
2️⃣ Australian premiere! The 5-meter-tall sculpture "Dancing Pumpkin" is super cute and incredibly photogenic.
3️⃣ Classic polka dot paintings + immersive mirror rooms + psychedelic sculptures - every room is a great photo op.
4️⃣ Pumpkin Mirror Room: There's a queue, and each person only has about 20 seconds to look around. You won't have time to use a camera here, so it's recommended to use your phone to take pictures through the small opening.
📌 Exhibition tips:
1️⃣ Attire: It's recommended to wear form-fitting clothing in solid colors (black, white, beige, or other low-saturation colors). The exhibition is full of highly saturated colors and patterns, which might be overwhelming for those with trypophobia.
2️⃣ Viewing order: You can scan your ticket and enter up to half an hour before your entry time. You must visit Part 1 before Part 2. If you see Part 2 first, you won't be able to go back to Part 1, as tickets are scanned separately for each part.
3️⃣ Bring a friend who's good at taking photos, and be patient. The popular spots require quick shots and waiting.
4️⃣ There are also many photo opportunities in the public areas on the first floor. You can take photos for free with a pumpkin sculpture, a field of silver balls, and the polka dot balloons hanging from the ceiling in the rest area.
5️⃣ The exhibition merchandise is also great. I ended up buying a polka dot backpack and a makeup bag.

I went to Jinan just for this picture.
Besides Qingdao, Shandong also has this city full of life.🌆
You have to visit Jinan, Shandong in autumn.🍂 Feel the charm of Daming Lake described by Lao She! Romantic Jinan has small streams and houses like those in Jiangnan.🍃 You can see them everywhere, and they are perfect for a walk!
If you also travel to Jinan, I will recommend these 8 city walk routes! Feel the life of Jinan in autumn.🔥
🚄Transportation
It only takes 1.5 hours to get to Jinan from Beijing! Very convenient.
🚶City walk route recommendations
1️⃣ Old Commercial Port👉🏻Jingsan Road👉🏻Weisi Road👉🏻Huang Gong
2️⃣ Qushuiting Street👉🏻Qifeng Bridge👉🏻Daming Lake👉🏻Chaoran Tower👉🏻Baotu Spring

There are many check-in points📍and it is also a bustling street in Jinan.🔥 It is perfect for a city walk. Walk through the Sandwich Alley👉🏻Love Wall👉🏻Jinan Big Character Wall👉🏻Love Traffic Light. Jinan understands the romance of young people!
✅Jingsan Road-Weisi Road-Huang Gong
The city walk in Jinan🚶starts here! Spend half a day visiting interesting shops on this road. You must visit Hakuna Matata, which is super Korean! It is also a great place to take photos.📷
👉🏻Walk forward from Hakuna Matata, and you will reach the Old Commercial Port. It is a route.🚶
✅Qushuiting Street-Qifeng Bridge
It is now a relatively commercial street. The white walls and willow trees🎋have a hint of Jiangnan. Qifeng Bridge is inside Qushuiting Street. The alleys inside are full of life. In autumn, the flowing spring water🌥️looks like a painting.
✅Daming Lake-Chaoran Tower
Do you still remember Xia Yuhe by Daming Lake?🪷 Daming Lake in autumn is very comfortable.🍃 It is not in Jiangnan, but it is better than Jiangnan! It is perfect for a walk after dinner. Chaoran Tower is behind it, and you can walk there.🚶 It is especially beautiful at night. When the lights are on, it is a bustling scene.
✅Baotu Spring
Finally, I came to the place in the textbook! The yellow tiles and green trees reflect the clear spring water, which is full of poetry.🎫CNY 40/person
Walking in Jinan is perfect for a city walk.🚶 In autumn, feel the slow-paced life.🍂 Jinan has the climate of the north and the gardens of Jiangnan like jade.🌳
Milan will punish anyone who doesn't plan ahead!
📍Milan, Italy
The tram moves slowly, weaving through the winding streets like a never-ending movie, with the melody of ancient and modern intertwining. Outside the window, the cobblestone streets of the old town are gently wrapped in Christmas lights, each light becoming a gentle voiceover in the movie, whispering the long history of Milan. Strolling through the streets of Milan, every corner exudes a unique charm that is intoxicating.

To let me fully experience the fashion atmosphere of Milan, the hotel specially arranged a private shopping experience, where I could choose my favorite items in La Rinascente, which is connected to the cathedral, with a wide range of international brands and a fragrance area that is mesmerizing. The scent of Maison Francis Kurkdjian is like magic, with each perfume being a carefully crafted work of art, exuding a unique fragrance and story. Shanghai | This place is absolutely beautiful this week.
Last year, I visited Huakai Haishang Ecological Park for the first time, and I couldn't forget the beautiful scenery there. This year, I decided to go again. From early November, the kochia began to change color, with red, orange, yellow, and green interwoven together, looking both lovely and unique. By mid-November, although most of them had turned red, they were still colorful. The whole garden was surrounded by warm tones, like a fairy tale world.
There are many viewing platforms and winding paths in the park. You can overlook the whole garden from a high place or get close to the charming kochia. In addition, pink muhly grass and other colorful flowers are scattered among them, which are very suitable for taking photos.
Huakai Haishang Ecological Park is located in Xiujing Village, Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every day. The ticket price is CNY 30, which can be purchased online in advance or on-site. In terms of transportation, it is recommended to take the high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Jinshan North Station, which takes only 18 minutes and costs about CNY 22. After leaving the station, it is less than 3 kilometers from the destination, and it costs about CNY 20 to take a taxi.
