rent a car and travel around izu area in end of June. stop by Mount Fuji, unfortunately cannot view the mount due to heavy fog or cloud 😂. stay at this awesome ryokan at ido (book via trip.com) and the place really awesome. have a great time slowing down our pace for this road trip. #ito #izu

Remember this name The Black Ship train 🛳 🖤🚉 Is a special train that runs in the Itō line in Japan and it has seats facing the sea shore, the view is expectscular and people take this trip to go around the Itō line From Atami all the way down to Izu This area has a lot of Onsen public and private ones, beautiful hikes, a death volcano, a Rocky mountain by the sea, black sand beaches, some famous restaurants and even a Don Quijote Mega at Itō. I stayed here during my two weeks trip in November, less than ten minutes walking from Itō station, the place is super clean, great price plus the Onsen is included, you're staying literally on the most important building in the city and is so beautifully designed. Is like living in a piece of history. Also they offer free coffee and tea 🍵 ☕ Also there is a black sand beach just few minutes away, supermarkets and convknisnce stores. Small and cozy VOLCANO. Mountain Omuro is a real volcano that you can climb for 1000 yen. Astonishing views on the sea and settlements around are guaranteed. It takes around 20 min to walk around the "pit" and take pictures. An attraction is located near Izu Shaboten Park/Zoo and is totally worth your attention. #volcano #izukogen #ito #japan
