It's a relatively new campground, so the facilities are neat and clean. The bathrooms and showers are the cleanest I've ever used, so I felt comfortable using them. All sites have a mountain view, so any site would be good, but I personally like Site E because it has a view that makes it hard to see other tents! #malaysiatrip Village Park has been my all-time favourite place for Nasi Lemak (Fragrant rice cooked with coconut milk, supplement with perfectly fried peanuts and anchovies). There is always long queue BUT you will get to your turn in about 15-20mins. This is the ONLY one outlet here in Uptown, Petaling Jaya, they do not have any other branches. They are double-storey restaurant and fully air-conditioned. Also, I noticed there are many tourists here, especially China, Korean and Japanese. Probably their local food bloggers have been promoting this restaurant in their own country respectively. Psst psst! Hiking around Jeju island was one of the highlights of our South Korea trip! At first, we felt unlucky to have cloudy skies, but it was perfect weather for a long walk - and eventually the sun came out! ☀️ The Jeju Olle path goes around the entire island, and is split into 27 sections. It’s easy to cover a section or two in a day! Each section is varied and passes multiple scenic points. It’s easy to take the bus to a particular starting point and follow the trail from there - it is signposted with trail markers the entire way! The view is stunning, and you can hear the sound of the waves. During the cherry blossom season, the mountains and pathways are covered in blooms, making it even more beautiful. It's also a great spot to watch the sunset. Before entering the temple, there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and parking spaces. From there, it was a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal, followed by a scenic ferry crossing to the island. The island’s beauty is stunning, especially during autumn when the foliage transforms into vivid shades of red, orange, and yellow. Walking down the famous Metasequoia Lane felt magical, as if stepping into a postcard. There’s also plenty to do, from renting bikes to exploring artistic installations and cozy cafes offering local delicacies. Despite being a popular tourist spot, I found it serene, particularly since I visited on a Friday morning to avoid the weekend rush. It’s the perfect destination for a leisurely stroll, some great photo opportunities, or simply to relax and connect with nature. For anyone visiting Seoul, Nami Island is a must-see. Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort, located in Chuncheon, South Korea, is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding. It is the most convenient ski resort to access by public transport from Seoul. We stayed in Chuncheon and took the subway to Baegyang-ri Station. A free shuttle bus departs from Exit 1 of the station every 20 minutes, providing easy access to the resort. The resort features a total of 10 ski slopes, catering to skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels, as well as 6 ski lifts for convenient access to the slopes. The variety of runs makes it an excellent destination for both beginners and experienced skiers.
