Loong Fong Cafe (龍鳳茶室) is a traditional Chinese Kopitiam located in Georgetown, Penang. The cafe is offers a very good traditional Chinese kopitiam selections.
Come to this cafe few times with local friends, apart of the delicious food, the ambience make me felt like stepping back into the '70s with its nostalgic and oldies playing on the background. Truly a great place to chill and reminisce the past.
⏩ My favourite on the menu are: Nasi Lemak Chicken Rempah, Traditional fried Beehoon, Claypot Lou Shi Fen, Kaya Ball, Bursting Salted Egg Yam Ball, Hainaese Toast and Signature Coffee mixed Tea. ☕🥪🍛🍵🥣

The menu is very extensive, including popular pancakes, pasta, burgers, and a variety of cakes.
We ordered the strawberry pancakes, pandan pancakes, and burgers.
We especially liked the pandan pancakes! It had a simple flavor and was very tasty.❤️

Longmenhao and Xiahao Lane are both accessed from the same metro station, Shangxinjie 上新街 (orange Circle Line),just different exits. Clear directional signs from the station; whether you start from Longmenhao or Xiahao Lane, you will be able to cross over to the other side once you get to the confluence point which is a mini idyllic waterfall in the cratered landscape. I really enjoyed wandering and getting lost in the multi-directional pathways. Spend some time at one of the cafes to soak in the place. There are a few cool boutiques: got myself a unique, quality handmade silver ring at a good price. I can imagine this place being very romantic at night. Love Lane(Lorong Love) is one of the most vibrant and lively streets situated in Georgetown, Penang. There have lot of lovely cafes, bars and eateries around this street. Some of the bar even has live-band performing.
My local friends and I visited there to chill and have some drinks in a laid-back weekend evening. We spent almost 4 hours there with satiety and lots of happiness, truly a cheerful atmosphere especially with the stunning Chrismast vibes!

This shop was renovated from a 40-year-old ironworks, and the concept is great, so it feels like a cafe in a movie!
It's also used as a location for TV dramas and music videos!
I chose from four different menu items, and had the lasagna, which I don't usually have a chance to eat outside!
I was impressed by the amount of meat in the meat sauce 🥺
The bread 🍞, which is handmade in the shop, was fluffy and went perfectly with the lasagna and was really delicious 😋
It's good during the day, but apparently it's even better at night.
Next time I'd like to go at night ✨️
