It's totally worth the ticket price, absolutely magnificent. It feels like being in Europe and there are so many rides to enjoy. The cable car ride from the bottom to Ba Na Hills is very exciting because the view along the way is stunning, and it's very windy. When you reach the top, the weather is very cool and pleasant, which is a big contrast to the hot weather at the bottom, similar to Thailand in April. If you're planning to visit, make sure to practice walking a lot because the place is really huge. I recommend staying at Ba Na Hills for 2 nights and 3 days. I was very impressed and will definitely find an opportunity to visit Ba Na Hills again.

To Da Nang in central Vietnam ✈️ I took a domestic flight from Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City! Since I was going to a resort, I wanted a hotel with an ocean view! I searched a lot for it. This time I stayed at "Paracel Beach Hotel". A perfect ocean view!! The beach is right across the road. The location and room were great 🥰 I was also happy that there was a bathtub. The room was very clean! There was also a pool on the top floor. It was a little deep, but it felt good. There is a shallow pool for children, so you can bring your children! The weather was good on the day of our stay, so we went to have breakfast at 7 o'clock and went sightseeing and for a walk. It felt good to walk along the beach. It was a great stay! My Son ruins are located an hour to an hour and a half by car from the center of Da Nang in central Vietnam. This time I booked a shuttle service to go there. My Son ruins are a sacred place of the Champa Kingdom. Many ruins remain. They were all impressive and I felt the history. It took about two hours to walk around. You can also watch a traditional dance performance. There is a restaurant and a shop at the entrance. It's a good idea to take a break and eat before going back. Tickets with an audio guide are also available, so if you want to know the history thoroughly, I recommend that! This time, it was about 1,300 yen when I bought it in advance. The audio guide is available in various languages, including Japanese. We spend about 2 hours walked around some of key scenic areas. This is a cool mountain to visit with some impressive caves and heritage temple, pagoda, statues and unique buildings structures. Many stairs to climb, up and down. Price for the elevator is one way for 15k VND.

The food was also incredible. I had the big breakfast which really impressed me. The mushrooms in particular was a sucker punch of flavour I didn't realise I was craving. I also tried their carrot cake, which was succulent and moist. The drinks were also incredible - I have felt that a lot of drinks in danang have been watered down. Not the case here, I had the Golden Mermaid and Berry Fiesta which were both stellar. The Golden Mermaid is a must try, it's peanut goodness in liquid form. #vietnamtrip #danang

I bought some very good quality beans from here. It is a lot better than buying at the market. The shop is small but feels like home. The whole place is very clean and minimalist. The drinks and scone are the best. There are only 2 options for non caffeinated: orange juice and chocolate drink. But it’s okay. Chocolate drink tastes pure enough I can still taste the bitter tone. We had a lovely January trip to Hoi An in Vietnam. In the recent years a lot of my travels have a lot of activities and I love to experience as much as possible in a short amount of time. For this trip to Hoi An we had a very flexible schedule because we also wanted to enjoy the sun as much as possible. We were super lucky with the weather and spent most of our time relaxing on the beach. 🏨 We stayed at Aira Boutique hotel. Some friends had recommended this hotel just a few meters from An Bang Beach and we were so happy here. The hotel also had two swimming pools. 🏝️ An Bang Beach. Just a stroll from our hotel there were this amazing beach. Along the beach there are several lounge clubs that offer sun beds and chairs if we order something from their menu. We fell in love with this place called Seoul Kitchen. The staff was amazing, foods and drinks were all good. 🛶 Basket boat ride. This was one of the highlights on the trip and one of the few activities we did during our stay in Hoi An. Just a 15 min taxi ride from the hotel. We went to Basket boat cafe to have a coffee first and then they helped us arrange a boat. Super cool and nice experience. 🏮 One of the other activities we did was to go to the old town of Hoi An in the evening. Super nice with lanterns and opertunity to do boat rides on the river. Tips: for traveling in 🇻🇳 we downloaded the Grab app. We mainly used the app for transportation like an Uber. Winter season in Da Nang is considered to be a low season. Does it worth coming? I'd say yes! Crowds are not as crazy as in summer and there is still plenty to do. Many activities are even more enjoyable because it is not super hot. Beach is the most important subject of course as many people come here for beach vacations. You still can swim and surf but the water is rough and may not be ideal if you have small kids. I personally love my long strolls along the beach every sunset even though I don't get into the water often. #beachtime #danang #vietnam

Bana Hills is a popular tourist destination in Danang, Central Vietnam. It is about 30km from the city center, and you can access the attraction easily by bus or car. The resort at the top of Bana Hills is Sunworld, and the entry tickets are VND 900,000 per adult (foreigner), which includes round trip for cable car, admission, most of the rides in the amusement park etc. The opening hours are 0730 - 2130h. To get to the resort, you have to take one of the longest cable car system in the world, at over 5,000m. This ride offers magnificent views of the hills. As the resort is high in the hills, it’s recommended that you bring a sweater along at any time of the year due to the cool climate. The top attraction of Bana Hills would be the landmark Golden Hands Bridge, which has attracted tourists from all around the world. Salad Club is a wonderful place for breakfast! It's all healthy and they have meat and fish options, as well as vegetarian. The portions are huge. The variety is great. And it's really all that my body needs in the beginning of the day. The staff is friendly and speak some English. The service is pretty fast. 2 Ladies Kitchen is a lovely space with outdoor and indoor area. They make my favorite Vietnamese salt coffee here! It is an absolute must try while in Da Nang. It is a lovely and quiet restaurant, with many people working inside. Many of the stuff here are deaf mute, so they bring you little notepad to write down your order. The stuff is very friendly. Create Danang Art Space is a lovely coffee shop conveniently located in My An district on a quiet street. They have some really nice coffee options and smoothie bowls. The ambience is very relaxed, low-key music, a few people working, big comfy tables in case you wanna come with your laptop. Stuff is very friendly and speaks sufficiently good English. MARUTEN SUSHI-SOBA in Da Nang city is an upscale sushi restaurant conveniently located in My An district nearby the beach. The ambience of the place is very nice, and very relaxed. The stuff is very friendly and helping. They do speak a decent level of English. The food was all right. I surely prefer sashimi and Nigiri over their rolls. Bana Hills was a trip highlight! The 15°C weather was perfect. The cable car runs from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, but I went around 11:30 AM and it was foggy at the Golden Bridge. Booking online is a must, and don’t miss the buffet lunch—Indian or Western options available until 3 PM. Plenty of nearby hotels, including Mercure, and some charming local spots. The place had a European vibe with unique spots, and performances every 30 minutes—especially loved the puppet dance! Bonus: Free rides at Fantasy Park too. #banahill #danang

Rose spa is a lovely quiet place to get a massage and relax. It is conveniently located My An district of Danang city. The place is very quiet and tranquil, the stuff is very friendly. They don't speak much English, but it was enough to communicate. The lady that gave me massage had super strong arms, so it was a perfect deep tissue massage. There are more options like relaxing or aromatherapy, and more. They greeted me with a bath and with floral petals for my feet, and some sort of fruity drink. And after massage, before they let me go - they gave me another drink and a sliced mango.
