The Taipei Zoo Station years in extraordinary diversity of wild animals. From panda bears to ferocious African wild hyenas in Taipei zoo is a must see when you are in Taipei Taiwan. it’s easily accessed by the BR train line as it is the last stop. They also feature an incredible rainforest environment with tropical birds and fish species straight from the Amazon jungle. Most importantly, the animals seem well looked after and their enclosures are large and suitably made to match their native habitats. With a total area of 165 hectares, if you intend to visit all of the enclosures, it would take you most of the day. An 800 meter climb up steep iron steps will lead you to one of the most impressive places you'll ever see. Atop the Wat Chalermprakiat, you'll be above the clouds and can enjoy a 360-degree view of the mountains and Lampang's green landscape. all I can think about is how did the monks do this every single day? How was all of those materials brought up there to build this temple in the first place? It is truly a remarkable sight to behold. There are no words to adequately describe this most incredible temple which is 2400 feet up in the mountains of Lampang Thailand. Better to have good shoes and be in shape as this is a serious hike. This is by far and large one of my favorite temples in all of Thailand and most certainly in Chiang Mai. This 14th century Buddhist temple and pilgrimage site, known locally as Wat Doi Suthep (and pronounced “Doy Soo-tep”) is located within Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, about 40 minutes outside of Chiang Mai.  The stunning architecture you see in the photos are even more incredible when you visit this temple on the mountain. Here it is super chill and relaxing! You can jog, cycle or walk a dog, a cat or even a huge tortoise like what I have seen today LoL. The common route here is to start from Lohas Park to Tseung Kwan O and further to Tiu Keng Leng, and vice versa. Occasionally, you could see various types of water activities like dragon boating, kayaking, and fishing. And when near sunset, all boats and sampans will rush back to the typhoon shelter. Picnic, stretching, dancing, singing, skateboarding – all by the seaside. At weekend, there are tents on grass or rocks at the seaside. What’s more relaxing than being in such neighbourhood? HCMC airport is right near the city. In fact you can argue it's right in the city and it's a shirt 30 min bus ride to the city or a good 15-20 mins taxi ride depending on the traffic. It's separately in both domestic and international terminals and the 2 are connected by an outdoor covered walkway. However a word if advice, immediately in front of the domestic terminal you'll find most of the cheaper eateries. The international terminal seemed to be the newer one of the two and it was spacious clean and nice. It's comfortable enough for a longer layover but it still lacks some more dining options and other facilities. #airport #traveler #hochiminhcity #vietnam

If you live in or stay at Tseung Kwun O or Lohas Park area, other than jogging, cycling or walking your dog along the promenade, now you have a new place to do so - The Cross Bay Link. The main design of the bridge is the double-arch, and illuminated with LED spotlights at night time. The Cross Bay Link could be a bit windy in the winter and also a bit crowded on a day with beautiful weather. A regular walk would take about 30 to 45 minutes. The best path is to start from the Lohas and end at TKO South, where you find lots of restaurants, cafe or bar with al fresco dining and of course a seaview. Well what to say about the Detian waterfalls? Amazing!! isn’t it? That scenery was just amazing and so beautiful and peaceful. Not too many people there when visited because of Covid, so easier to enjoy the view I believe. At the border with Vietnam, you can enjoy food and products coming from there. We are at Southpoint on the Big Island of Hawaii. There are tons of activities in the area including a short drive to the Green Sand Beach, Black Sands Beach and lava fields. These kids wanted to time their jump off of this 60 foot cliff. with perfect precision they accomplished their goal landing safely in the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Southpoint is the southern most point of any State. These tribes have been there for thousands of years and they are truly fascinating, warm and very resilient people. If you’re traveling to either northern Kenya or in the southern part of Ethiopia I suggest you ask your guide to help you arrange a visit to one or more of these Tribal Community’s. I was not allowed to post any pictures showing any private parts so the ones I have are very limited because most of the tribes do not wear much clothing like we do in the west, the temperatures can exceed 40°C and clothing is just not an option. The children were so grateful just for a mouth full of water from a plastic bottle. The women were crafts-makers and their jewelry was remarkable with all natural bead work that was dyed bright colors from natural ingredients. Their clothing was all handmade with striking colors and style. All the men from the tribes are gone to either hunt or work in the fields.
