🎄Christmas Shopping🎄
Not too long now until Christmas! There's a lovely Christmas shop at the Queen Victoria Markets strip where other shops and cafes are outside the markets. It's so beautiful, and the name is so fitting! ❤️
The shop is open all year round, so you visit anytime! It has everything you could possibly want for Christmas, from Christmas tree ornaments to Nativity scenes, it's the ultimate Christmas shop! 💚
When you step into the shop, it's like entering a dream, with all the glitter and sparkle. Mummy bought a beautiful sparkly cross to decorate our tree with, it's going to look absolutely gorgeous✨
So we all highly recommend looking inside the shop "Ambience" for your own little Christmas present 🎁

🧁Best Bakery Chain In Melbourne🧁
While we were in Melbourne, mummy took us to the Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse a couple of times. We absolutely love their cream cakes as mummy calls them. They're lamingtons with whipped cream in them 🩷🤎
Both the chocolate and raspberry lamingtons were fresh and delicious and the raspberry ones had jam as well as whipped cream, it was so yummy! They don't often make them like this in Sydney anymore, which is a shame. We need Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse up here! 🍞🍰🥐

👠The Fashion Capital👠
Yesterday, mummy took us to Chadstone, a large famous shopping centre in Melbourne. It's GINORMOUS!
It looks really nice inside, and this is probably where the rich people of Melbourne go shopping.
Mummy took us for one of Melbourne's delicious cupcakes and we had the red velvet cupcake. The cream cheese frosting also has edible red sparkles on it, which sadly, the camera doesn't capture. But it's so delicious, and Cuddly was such a good little girl I let her eat the sugary love heart ❤️ Mummy gave her hers as well, so Cuddly was a very happy little polar bear 🐻❄️
After looking around the mall for a while, we went to the pop-up Hello Kitty cafe. Mummy ordered us all a fizzy lemonade with Ribena! We 3 ALL love Ribena, so of course we had to try it! And it was great, very refreshing!
It was a lovely day. We're having the time of our lives here! Stay tuned for more memories!

Have You Ever Seen Melbourne from 297 Meters Up? 🌆
Just had the most incredible time at the Melbourne Skydeck in Eureka Tower, and I couldn't wait to share it with you all!
✨✨✨
From the moment I stepped into the elevator, I knew I was in for something special. The ride up to the Skydeck was super smooth and quick, and before I knew it, I was 297 meters above the ground, looking out over the stunning Melbourne skyline. The views are absolutely unbeatable, especially at sunset when the city turns into a sea of lights.
One of the coolest things I did was the Edge experience. Imagine standing in a glass cube that sticks out from the building, with the floor turning see-through right under your feet. It’s both thrilling and a bit scary, but totally worth it! You can’t take your phone in, but there's a pro camera to capture the moment.
I also checked out the Voyager Theatre, where you sit in a special chair and wear VR goggles for a 5D tour of Melbourne. It felt like I was flying over the city, riding a roller coaster at Luna Park, and even racing horses at the Melbourne Cup. It's a fun way to see all of Melbourne's famous spots without leaving the Skydeck.
If you're looking for something more relaxed, the general admission ticket lets you wander around the Skydeck, soak in the views, and snap some amazing photos. There's even a free selfie machine that sends your pics straight to your email.
🕰️Business Hours:12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Last entry at 8:30 PM)
📍Address: Melbourne Skydeck, Eureka Tower, 7 Riverside Quay, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia
How to Get There:
- By Car: Park at Wilson Parking and take the elevator directly to the Eureka Tower entrance.
- By Foot: A 10-minute walk from Federation Square or Crown Casino.
- By Train: Get off at Flinders Street Train Station and walk for 5 minutes.
🧾Ticket Information:
**General Admission:** Access to the Skydeck for panoramic views and photo opportunities.
**Edge Experience:** Step out into a glass cube for a thrilling view.
**Voyager Theatre:** A 5D VR tour of Melbourne's top attractions.
Whether you're visiting or you live here, the Melbourne Skydeck is an unforgettable experience that shows off the city's beauty from a whole new angle. Don't miss out on this must-see spot!

A Dreamy Beach Trip: Chasing the Colors of Romance at Brighton Beach
Recently, I visited the stunning Brighton Beach in Melbourne, and it felt like a dreamy vacation paradise!
Beautiful Beach
As soon as I stepped onto the beach, I was greeted by endless golden sands and breathtaking azure waters, as if I had entered a fairyland! Although the weather that day wasn't as expected, with clouds slightly covering the sun, the sea still sparkled with enchanting light, making it impossible not to fall in love. Imagine if it had been a clear day with blue skies and white clouds—the entire beach would have glittered under the sun, an irresistible temptation!
Colorful Bathing Boxes
The most captivating feature of Brighton Beach is undoubtedly the colorful bathing boxes! Each box is like a living painting, with vibrant colors that dazzle the eyes. I took countless photos, especially of the dazzling blue box, which was simply mesmerizing! The colors here instantly lifted my spirits, making me feel like I was in a colorful dream.
Conclusion
This trip to Brighton Beach left an indelible mark on my heart! Every moment here seemed to etch itself deeply into my memory. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to experience this paradise-like beach again, especially under the blue sky, which would undoubtedly be even more spectacular! If you are lucky enough to visit Melbourne, make sure to experience the charm of Brighton Beach—it will surely make you fall in love with it!
Golden Horizons: St Kilda Beach at Sunset
St Kilda Beach, a vibrant gem of Melbourne, is renowned for its stunning sunsets that cast a golden glow over the shimmering waters of Port Phillip Bay. Located just 6 kilometers south of Melbourne’s Central Business District (CBD), it’s easily accessible and makes for a perfect evening escape.
As the sun descends toward the horizon, St Kilda transforms into a canvas of breathtaking colors—fiery oranges, soft pinks, and deep purples reflecting off the tranquil waters. The beach is framed by palm trees and the iconic St Kilda Pier, offering an ideal spot for photography or simply soaking in the beauty. Along the shoreline, families, couples, and friends gather, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.
The surrounding area is just as captivating. A bustling promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops invites visitors to enjoy local cuisine or sip on a refreshing drink while watching the sunset. You can indulge in everything from fish and chips to gourmet pizzas and artisanal ice cream, making it a delightful culinary experience.
For those interested in a bit of adventure, the nearby Luna Park, an amusement park with its vintage rides, adds a playful touch to your visit. The historic wooden roller coaster is a must-see, adding a nostalgic vibe to the evening.
Transportation to St Kilda Beach is straightforward and convenient. From the CBD, you can catch tram number 96 or 16 from various points, including Bourke Street and Collins Street. The ride takes about 30 minutes, providing a scenic journey through Melbourne’s vibrant neighborhoods. Alternatively, rideshare services and bicycles are popular options, allowing for a more personalized approach to your trip.
As the sun sets, the beach becomes a perfect backdrop for evening strolls along the shore or relaxing on the soft sand. The calming sound of waves crashing, combined with the stunning visual spectacle, creates an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, witnessing the sunset at St Kilda Beach is an enchanting way to conclude your day in Melbourne.
Hidden gem in south Melbourne!
This was our first stop after arriving in Melbourne. Drawn to visit St Ali to sample the source of the beans I enjoy regularly at my local in Adelaide (Seven Grounds). This converted warehouse has over 19 years continued to expand, due to its great success in roasting.
Chilli scrambled eggs with ndjua was very savoury and delicious! Coffee is great and they have loads of options. I also tried the espresso martini and I wouldn't order it again, extremely strong coffee taste and a bit small for the price. Overall, I would recommend going there for the food and coffee, just bear in mind it will be pricey.

Great Spot
All the food was exceptional, the flavours were all fresh and punchy. The portion sizes were all generous and the wines were delightful. The highlights were the lentil dish, the hazelnut and golden beetroot dish and the roasted potatoes. I also had a verbena mocktail which I highly recommend. There were no wrong choices from the menu with the potato’s, oysters, cod and deserts being extra special. Relaxed ambience and stylish decor that was set perfectly for a group or intimate dinner. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Well priced for some top quality food. Already planning my next meal there! And i recommend trying out this one.

amazing venue
What a unique venue this was. Great atmosphere and ambience, lovely music, dimmed lighting to match the dark essence of the cathedral. It really sets the vibe for the entire venue. The oysters were absolutely delicious and the steak was amazing and perfectly cooked. The wine list is great as well.
The restaurant offers a refined dining experience with outstanding service and excellent appetizers. If the main courses were to match this high standard, it would be well worth the price. We specifically loved the baguette, beef tartare, and the duck and foie gras parfait. There was too much espresso in the dark chocolate tart though, so maybe we should have gotten a soft serve ice cream for dessert instead.

Asian Fusion
Looks and feels upscale but the price is justified! Innovative cooking. Claypot rice and Cabbage with Enoki mushroom and umami butter was one of my favourites. The culinary creations were a delightful symphony of flavors, beautifully plated and leaving my palate thoroughly impressed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service throughout our meal.
The flavours were oozing with fatty goodness and the tartness of the salad perfectly balanced the dish. We had a few different non alcoholic drinks which were also excellent. It's not cheap, but I would consider it good value for the level of work involved in the offerings, the location and the overall experience.

Smokehouse Bbq
A smokehouse with a great environment and taste. The beef brisket was the best meat I’ve ever eaten. The texture was soft and the smoke topped the taste. Pulled pork only slightly less sublime. Seasoned fries were tasty. BBQ corn ribs were divine. The sides accompanying the food worked very well with the dish.
I liked that there was attention to detail, particularly with presentation and garnish. We might have ordered a bit too much, but that didn't stop me from trying to finish everything. I highly, highly recommend the peach and jalapeno, it absolutely slaps. It could be a little hotter in my opinion but the flavour is unmatched. Warm and welcoming folks running the place.

A popular spot
The food was an exquisite blend of flavors,a mix of Asian ingredients with a modern touch . Every dish was a delight, bursting with taste and beautifully presented. The food is definitely delicious and the serving is enough for two to be fully satisfied. The Masman Curry had generous sauce enough to coat the rice.
And the Lamb shoulder the meat was falling off the bone, so tender. The atmosphere was buzzing with a great vibe, the only downside I felt was it was too noisy to have a good conversation. The service was equally impressive, the staff was attentive and welcoming. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived quickly. While the pad thai could use some enhancement, the dessert was just fantastic. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning in the future

Trendy Restaurant executing eclectic dishes !
Lovely decor - clean, modern, and didn't feel cramped. Loved the little hooks under the bar table to hang bags/ jackets. Bar Staff / sommelier gave great suggesting to help pick a wine that suited my personal preference.
We ordered about 5-6 dishes to share among two and thought it was the perfect amount. We really enjoyed the oysters (natural / fingerlime/ hot sauce), the kingfish sashimi, the king prawns and the rice claypot….
The service was attentive and professional, enhancing the overall dining experience. Despite some minor disappointments, the innovative and well-prepared dishes, along with the excellent service, made it a memorable meal.

Popular Asian Cafe
I have passed by this place several times and it continues to be full of Asians. I always wondered if there was something to it, but the menu is just about the same as any other Aussie cafe. They do have a wide menu offering several choices meals and coffee. Some of the meals being served too good to be eaten.
We ordered a simple toast along with the famous vegemite, peanut butter and some avocados with eggs, as well as a cafe latte. All of it was quite decent. The prices are better than a lot of other cafe's. That explains all the Asians lol. Anywho, the service is a hit or miss. Things took time and lots of bored looking servers with a very casual approach and loitering around. I wonder why! Overall, given the pricing it was pretty decent. Might be worth a visit.

Consistently good
I made a stop here after browsing through the menu. It's walkable distance from queen victoria market. And it was time for afternoon coffee. The prices seemed decent. There's a nice atmosphere with the coffee aroma everywhere. To think of it, they are very consistent.
Now I have had a couple of brunch visits there with friends and on my own. The coffee continues to be spot on. The barista is extremely efficient and smooth with his work. The place fills up quickly. Within a few minutes of my coming there, I guess it just be peak hours. There was a long queue for coffee. A good sign, nevertheless.

Small but lovely
I wasn't the most impressed the first time i visited them. For almost 6 bucks getting a small cup of coffee that felt smaller than elsewhere wasn't a great start. But the place has good vibe and the coffee was surely good. Since then dropped by a couple of times. One of the few places that i have liked the idea of oat latte.
Normally it's nowhere as good as doing with milk. But surprisingly here with their bakery options. I love their croissants. It all went down well. We have tried their Ethiopian. I generally stay away from lighter roast or anything that's likely to be too acidic for my stomach. But that was a fine cup. I think it's a place with good coffee and bakes. It's likely to grow on you once you have tasted their stuff.

Peaceful
Workshop is a very well kept place with a few spots to sit down. Not many but it's still easy to get a coffee here and never too crowded. Good assortment of snacks and they also serve food which is a big plus. I have been able to try their pastries and breads.
Ocassionally I try to get my breakfast done here as well. They have a discount if you bring your own cup for the coffee haha. And the staff is lovely, they are quick with your order. The baked good selections are a cut above the normal selections you see at other coffee places. I didn't like their matcha so much but it is best to stick with coffee in Melbourne.
#australiatrip #brekkie #cafes #melbourne
High quality
I've come to like the coffee at dukes. Initially iIavoided it on accound on ques and most of the times we would come in, there won't be a spot to sit. But then the coffee clearly is way better than a lot of other places i tried. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind.
Have tried their pastries, brownies and breads. They are all decent. I just wish it wasn't so crowded at all times. They have a washroom in the back too and it's clean. Above all, their coffee is amongst the best in Melbourne. So, if you are in the vicinity or even CBD, this is definitely worth a shot.

Industrial-chic eatery with a Sydney Harbour View.
We’d an unforgettable experience at the restaurant. The waiters are very well trained, and the manager was carrying and thoughtful. The kingfish ceviche dish was totally to die for, and the medium-rare wagyu ribeye steak was absolute perfection! Honestly I wasn’t expecting too much when casually walking in, but it turned out to be one the best steaks I’ve had in Sydney (and I’ve had A LOOOOOT!)
The restaurant even gifts us a welcoming red velvet cake on the house, so thoughtful of them. The atmosphere is definitely worth it.

A hidden gem
The krimper cafe is located on the brick lane and enjoys a wonderful laid-back vibe. A number of vegan options on the menu. I had the Avo Affair which was made of smashed avo, crispy kale, radish,
cherry tomatoes, pickled cabbage, dukkah,
mixed nuts w/multigrain toast. They replaced the egg and feta with mushrooms for the vegan dish. Though, I'm not a vegan, but i appreciate change from time to time. The cafe is quite popular. And has beautiful interiors with a good variety of delicious brunch options on the menu. It’s always busy though so expect a queue but the food and drinks are worth the wait.

Lovely place
This is about as good as it gets. In terms of the overall balance of menu, comfort, pricing etc. Firstly, love the comfy vibes, no loud music, soft and ambient sounds played makes such a relaxing atmosphere. It's perfect for dining alone, catching up with a friend, family, colleague, or partner. The customer service was attentive and friendly, the ambience was also great for work from Cafe.
We had brunch and we were very impressed with the quality of the coffee & bagels. The avo bagel was a little plain in comparison, however still tasty. The coffee was delicious and presented very artistically. I think there is a lot to like about this place. Deserves your visit and time. One of my favourites.

A favourite brunch
Krimper cafe is a quaint restaurant that boasts an old-world charm, with its furnishings crafted from repurposed lift doors. The location is on a leafy brick lane. The staff here is fantastic and I've come to know some of them well through my frequent visits when in town.
It's a very popular place especially for brunch and you could expect a wait whenever you drop by. If you arrive after 10, there is queue most times. The food is pretty good here. There ham and cheese croissant, eggs Benedict some of the dishes I personally have enjoyed over the years. Parking is a little hard, and it mostly has to be paid parking unless Sunday or some short parking is available on a street nearby.
I think it's easy to catch the tram and then just walk here. Last but on the least, they have a brilliant cup of coffee that keeps up with the melbourne reputation of high quality coffee. I would recommend visiting this gem.

Nice litte spot
The cafe belt was on my way to work and while I did have my fixed spot for brekkie and coffee. Something i rather not experiment with. Cafe belt came across as cozy and inviting. I liked that it wasn't all that crowded as the popular ones get. They have a decent menu, the pricing is alright.
I do wish that slice of sweet breads wasn't 5 bucks. The breakfast options were nice. I tried them on two occasions, they were well done and nothing to complain. Coffee was quite decent too. I stuck with a flat white and it came out just fine. I would have liked it to be stronger. But I am starting to like the way it is done in most cafes. I think it's a nice place and worthy of a visit.

Breakfast and Coffee
I had their coffee in other places so when I found out that a proud Mary cafe was kind of on the way to where I went. I figured I'd make a stop and check them out. Then i ended up doing it several times. They have a good menu with wide variety of breakfasts and brunch picks. The prices are alright, I mean I do wish i would not have to pay like 24 dollars for pancakes. But the pricing seems at par with most cafes around. Their flat white is pretty good, another ocassion i tried their Panama geisha. It wasn't all that there. Sometimes preparations make a lot of difference. The few times i had brekfast it was lovely. Especially their own bircher museli with berries was very satisfying. It might be worth trying this place.

Favourite Brunch
This was such a wonderful find. It's a place with nice options and decent pricing. You either book or wait for a table or sit and eat at the communal table. Portions were really big. My beef was so tender that you wouldn’t need any teeth.
Well-balanced dish with full of flavour. The atmosphere in the café is fantastic—warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The coffee was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I think if you are into brunches, visiting the hardware societe might serve well.

Great selection of food
The food was quite nice at the auction rooms. We frequented it for breakfast and coffees. A lovely setting, a nice outdoor space and in doors with plenty of character. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast platter was simple but flavourful and the cauliflower vegan dish was so good and it was fresh with so many different elements.
Love their industrial-styled interiors, which span a large warehouse space with a central courtyard, encapsulating Melbourne's iconic fusion of grit and beauty. The menu also hits all the right notes. I had their fork-tender pulled beef brisket, which elicited cravings alongside the refreshing Hugo Spritz.
The skinny latte and flat white were great and the orange juice fresh and refreshing. Staff were attentive and friendly. A wholly wonderful experience.

Well Known brand
When it comes to the coffee scebe in Melbourne, St. Ali is no newbie. I have personally visited them several times in the last decade or so and they have only grown, both in name and popularity. This converted warehouse has over 19 years continued to expand, due to its great success in roasting.
Most recently, I had the St Ali pancakes and with the combination of elements, I can happily report that it is the best I've ever had! I think the food is amazing. The dishes have a very interesting and nice twist. The merch is overpriced, but I'm not there for that. You might want to visit and explore the food and coffee options. It's almost officially a Melbourne favourite cafe & coffee spot.

Cozy Spot
Done my coffees, matcha's and pastries a number of times at the little rogue. It's my cozy little spot for when I'm in need for some quiet snacking and thinking. The sister company, Bakemono which is just right across the street sells lost of nice bakery and pastries which will be a good companion for the good coffee here.
I have tried their Colombian drip coffee and it has always been good, also I recommend their matcha and the brownie. I am very much impressed. In a city with a rich coffee culture, you don't really find good matcha lattes and this one was amazing. I would recommend giving it a shot.

Hot cakes
The last time i visited higher ground was a few years back and i remember the hot cake being the highlight. So when i was in Melbourne recently, I felt like it was time to pay the hot cake a visit. Higher Ground great place and beautiful architecture. The food was amazing. For a breakfast place I would have thought a drinks menu would have been provided on arrival but only a list of coffees was given. Awesome atmosphere and very classy rustic vibes. Prices are a little high for what you get. Carrot cake was unreal, please order it when you come here. Coffee was delish. The building itself was stunning and near the station. I do recommend visiting.

Super
This was a family holiday and the 4 of us were staying very close to this restaurant. In fact right across the road and from its appearance, I was quite curious about the supernormal restaurant. The host was welcoming and found us a place at the bar and then one table for proper food.
Where we dined on fresh delicious seafood, several other dishes that were recommended, prepared and presented directly by the chef in front of us. The fish was a complete surprise and it was perfect! It was cooked perfectly and the sauce is flavorful but not overpowering. The Korean rice cake was very good too. Overall, I think this was an impressive eat and I would recommend people to try it.
