I bought the latest ticket on the last day of the trip, but an hour was enough. The top floor was super cold at night. The wind was not big but it was also very cold. I also saw a young lady wearing super few photos. The night view of Tokyo is still very beautiful. It can directly overlook the super bustling Shibuya.
