I had issue with webpage service page.. When i was looking for upgrade possibilities page went error and down upgrade my plan. I contacted with help live chat .. first person who answered to me didn't help much just told me to wait and make open ticket with billing department so i made ticket nothing happened for 12+hrs. Next day i tried to get live chat support and MichaelY help me in couple min to solve my problem. The best employee in that company is MichaelY.

MichaelY was extremely helpful today! He did a wonderful job transitioning from discord to the shockbyte website to assist me. He did great troubleshooting and told me it was not in his hands but to keep patient while the techs work to finish the job. Wonderful help and extremely nice. Thank you Michael for the help today!

Kian was extremely helpful in trying to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to refer me to the proper ticketing system to get further support.

He was quick to respond and promptly worked thro
ugh a force start of the server to determine my issue through the logs.

OMG IF U WANT FOR UR TICKET RESPONDED FAST BY THEM U NEED TO PAY 3$ LOL

Website error on service plan

Jade saved the day

Jade "kicked ass" in assisting us with our server issues , lots of back and forth but we were always on the same page. We wish every support worker was this good.

Nuno helped solve my issue within 20 minutes.

I was evaluating the server's backup functionality to confirm its operational status, but I encountered the "Restoring Backup" message for more than 30 hours.

I submitted a request via the ticketing system but did not receive any feedback.

I suggest utilizing the live chat feature, as Nuno informed me that it allows for a more prompt resolution.

Without Nuno's assistance, my experience would likely have resulted in a negative review.

Actually commits theft

I still received several charges from them after canceling my subscription, and their support service is actually one of the worst I've ever seen. Find something else to host with.

Jade L

I was having issues with my server's console. I was unable to add anyone to admin, or type ANY command into our console for some reason.

After about 3 minutes of conversation with Jade, my resolution was fixed. My friends and I were encountering bugs in our 7 Days to Die play that was causing us massive loss of resources (time lost too!) and Jade was able to get me a server admin and allow me to restore the resources lost to my friends and I.

MichaelY Above and Beyond Support

MichaelY was very helpful and informative. They were very respectful and kind. We went through multiple troubleshooting solutions, all though we were unable to find a solution due to all the solutions we did try escalating the issue was the best solution. They did guide me on how to escalate the case through a ticket. Probably the most helpful customer support I had from any hosting sites. Also allowing me to bounce off ideas as well that can help solve the issue and spending a lot of time just researching with me. They were also very responsive and attentive to my concerns, overall went above and beyond to help me find a solution!
