Loser: JOHN PETILLO The news never seems to get better for the embattled President of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. This week, two Democratic legislators (one, Bob Morgan, is his employee) called for his resignation. Loser: PHIL POSSESSKY The former Mayor of Raritan pleaded guilty to stealing a $7,000 ride-on lawn mower and used it for his landscaping business.
