‏من منطلق مواصلة شركة ⁧‫#جلفار‬⁩ لمبادرات تطوير ⁧‫#الكوادر_الوطنية‬⁩ واستقطابها، يسعدنا تدشين البرنامج التدريبي المقرون بالتشغيل في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة، والذي يمتد لـ 18 شهرًا، علمًا بأن البرنامج قد بدأ في 3 من نوفمبر الجاري.  ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تزويد 60 مهندسًا عمانيًا بالمهارات اللازمة لتولي دور منفذ صحة وسلامة مهنية والبيئة. ‏وينفذ البرنامج بالتعاون مع الجمعية العمانية للطاقة (أوبال) ووزارة العمل، ومعهد التدريب التقني والاداري ومعهد انفيتيك للتدريب، حيث يجمع بين التعلم النظري والتدريب على رأس العمل، وذلك لضمان اكتساب المتدربين المهارات الأساسية اللازمة للنجاح في هذا القطاع. ‏ولا يسعنا إلا أن نتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى جميع شركائنا الكرام على دعمهم في جعل هذا البرنامج ممكنًا. ونتمنى لجميع المتدربين التوفيق والنجاح مع بداية رحلتهم، ونتطلع إلى إسهاماتهم المستقبلية. ‏⁧‫#شركاء_في_التنمية‬⁩ As part of #Galfar’s ongoing initiatives to develop and attract national talents, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Training for Employment program in Occupational Health, Safety, and environment. This 18-months initiative, which began on 3 November 2024, is set to equip 60 Omani national engineers with the necessary skills to prepare them for the role of HSE Advisor. The program, conducted in partnership with OPAL, the Ministry of Labour, institutes (TATI, and Infitech), offers a blend of theoretical learning and on-the-job training, ensuring that trainees gain the critical skills required to succeed in the industry. We extend our sincere gratitude to all our valued partners for their support in making this program possible. We extend our best wishes to all the trainees as they embark on this journey, and we look forward to their future contributions.
