As Manager/Senior Executive – Business, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships and delivering value to our partners. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Leading the end-to-end sales process, including identifying opportunities, pitching, negotiating and closing deals. Sponsorships & Advertising: Selling sponsorships for high-profile events and advertising packages across our digital, print and social media platforms. Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Strategic Planning: Identifying new revenue streams, upselling opportunities and contributing to the overall business development strategy. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, production and editorial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Experience & Qualifications Required: 2-10 years in sales management, preferably in digital media, event sponsorships, radio or print media. Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals successfully. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. A degree in business management, sales or marketing management is ideal.
