I'm thrilled to share that I recently delivered a Knowledge Sharing Initiative session(KSI) alongise Dr. Rene Paquibut at Modern College of Business and Science , focusing on the i-DAP Institutional Documents And Policies System. This innovative platform streamlines the management of institutional policies, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accessibility across all departments. During the session, we explored: 📌 The importance of efficient policy management in driving institutional success. 📌 Key features of i-DAP, including policy lifecycle tracking, review workflows, and secure document storage. 📌 Practical use cases and how this system enhances collaboration among stakeholders. It was incredible to engage with colleagues, exchange ideas, and see the enthusiasm for leveraging technology to strengthen our institution's operations. I had the privilege of supervising and presenting the Legal Profession Readiness Course, which was successfully conducted by Abdullah Al-Moshyqri Advocates & legal consultants in collaboration with Modern College of Business and Science. Over the span of one month, we worked closely with two batches of law graduates, helping them develop essential legal skills to support their future careers. The course covered a range of practical topics designed to equip participants with the knowledge and competencies needed to thrive in today’s legal landscape. It was a pleasure to witness their growth and readiness to embark on their professional journeys. We proudly celebrated the graduation of 40 participants in a closing ceremony under the patronage of HH sayyed Nader Al said. The success of this initiative not only contributed to the participants' development but also led to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the college to enhance legal cooperation and create more educational opportunities. I am proud to have played a part in this impactful collaboration and look forward to expanding opportunities for legal education.
