Chris works at Sysdig as Director of Technical Enablement, helping train and mentor the team about both commercial and open source software solutions. He works with the CNCF and other open communities, promoting OSS tools like Falco, Prometheus and Kubernetes. You may find Chris presenting at various community events, meetups, and webinars, or find him at larger events like Red Hat Forum and KubeCon.

Chris spent many years in the infrastructure world, specialising in storage and virtualisation, before moving to cloud and then cloud-native technologies. For fun, Chris contributes to the community with open games like cardsagainst.io and geeksnap.io. What precious spare time is left he spends with his family and loyal dog — Jabba the Mutt. He was once awarded “Employee of the Month” at Harry Ramsden’s world famous Fish & Chip restaurant.
