Bill Cosby just lost another lawyer.
A second lawyer has just withdrawn from his criminal sexual assault retrial — leaving the aged comic in the lurch.
Angela Agrusa filed a motion to withdraw from the criminal defense team for the man once known as ”America’s Dad’s” on Tuesday — less than two weeks after his lead attorney, Brian McMonagle, filed his own motion to withdraw completely.
The 80-year-old’s first trial ended in a deadlock in June — after jurors couldn’t agree on any of the three counts of aggravated indecent assault against him.
Former Temple University employee Andrea Constand claims Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in his suburban Philadelphia mansion in January 2004.
Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill had previously called a hearing to discuss McMonagle’s departure next Tuesday, but in her filing, Agrusa asked the jurist to reschedule for Sept. 11.
The filing also asked that Cosby be given until Sept. 11 to retain new counsel.
Montgomery County Assistant DA submitted a motion opposing the delay. O’Neill has yet to rule. The parties were also slotted to choose a county from which they would pull jurors.
Agrusa will stay on as Cosby’s civil counsel, said Cosby’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, adding he was still reviewing candidates.
“I will be naming our legal counsel at the end of the month,” Wyatt told The Post.
Agrusa did not return a call for comment.
