About us
KutMor’s shareholding geographic reach covers communities extending from Benaria & Aijagaiba in the north west through to Kantobo in the south east. KutMor was formed as a direct result of meetings by landowner leaders and landowner company’s (Lanco’s) in late 2011 and early 2012. The company’s ownership is structured into 14 share classes each representing a discreet geographic area either within or in a buffer area in close proximity to the existing Petroleum Development Licenses (PDL) 2, 5 & 6. The board comprises one (1) Director elected by the shareholders of each class plus one (1) independent Director. The company’s head office is located in Port Moresby in the newly constructed ENBDC Kada Gunan building and also an office based within Santos Limited’s Iagifu Ridge Operations Camp, located near Lake Kutubu, in the Southern Highlands Province, within PDL 2.

The Senior Executive Women's Program, supported by the PNG-Australia Partnership, continues to make an impact by building the leadership capacity of women in middle management across both private and public sectors. This year, BCFW hosted 4 successful cohorts, with the final cohort concluding on November 20th, 2024. Participants have shared how the program has helped them develop emotional intelligence, refine their mindset, and enhance key skills in risk management, financial competency, communication, organizational culture, and leadership styles. We’re proud to partner with Eddie Aila from Aila Consultancy, who has been facilitating this transformative program since its inception in 2019. The Business Coalition for Women wishes to thank all its members for supporting its vision in giving women equal place in leadership and decision making through their participation in this program. Looking ahead, BCFW plans to roll out 4 new cohorts in 2025! 🌟 Stay tuned for more details and registration info at www.pngbcfw.org. #WomenInLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #BCFW #Empowerment #SeniorExecutiveWomen
