BagoSphere joined the 61st People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Conference in Iloilo City, themed ReHumanize, which brought together over 1,000 HR leaders. The event underscored a vital message: despite the rise of AI and digital transformation, human skills are essential to the future of work. Donna A., our HR Manager, represented BagoSphere at the event (4th from the left, with co-fellows of the PMAP Future Leaders Program). Discussions highlighted the importance of essential human capabilities—critical thinking, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability. Although technology has revolutionized work, the human connection remains the heart of every thriving organization. At BagoSphere, we wholeheartedly embrace this belief. As a human skills capability school, we are committed to preparing individuals to thrive in an AI-driven world by strengthening human connections and developing skills that machines cannot replicate. #61stPMAPConference #ReHumanize #BagoSphere #TheFutureofWorkisHuman

At 40 years old, Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation is just getting started! 💕 NWTF plans to open 50 branches in Mindanao and Northern Luzon to complement their 252 branches in the Visayas and Northern Luzon. In 2023, the project catered to 532,691 active clients, with a total portfolio of P5.6 billion. About 70 percent of the clients are from the Visayas while others are from Northern Luzon. “The idea is to always work with women – to enable them to achieve self-worth (dungog). It’s like giving them respect, value, and rights,” Gaston said. It's such a privilege to work with someone who shares same purpose and values, let alone an entire organization that has been doing it for 40 years. What an admirable role model and source of inspiration to me and my co-founders Tippi Fernandez, Ellwyn Tan, BagoSphere! My gratitude to the late Cecilia del Castillo, Corazon Henares, and Suzette Gaston. And to Raymond Serios and team, let's do this! Mindanao next! https://lnkd.in/gcMkRMmB
