(KMBI) (A Microfinance NGO) to launch the Grounded Leaders Program—a leadership development initiative aimed at shaping KMBI's next generation of leaders. BagoSphere joined the 61st People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Conference in Iloilo City, themed ReHumanize, which brought together over 1,000 HR leaders. The event underscored a vital message: despite the rise of AI and digital transformation, human skills are essential to the future of work. The BagoSphere BPO Fellowship (BBF) held its on-site AHA Session and Placement Activities at the Ateneo de Manila University from September 16-18, 2024, in partnership with the Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED). Led by BBF Program Manager Pearl Gabayoyo, CLSSYB, with support from Trainers Reinhardt Patrick Orillos and Altair Rodriguez the AHA (Appreciation, Highlights, and Affirmation) Session concluded the 18-day Career Preparation Program. Afterward, the coaches guided the BBF fellows in applying to BagoSphere’s partner-BPOs: Alorica, Foundever, and Concentrix. As of this writing, 84% of the fellows have been employed.
