Ni-repost ito ni Philippine Society for Talent Development
Last October 29, I'm honored to have represented our company in our induction as a corporate member in the Philippine Society for Talent Development's October Tipanan. It was a time for fellowship, co-learning, and insight-sharing where I got to meet distinguished professionals in the HR-OD industry and learn the best practices for L&D, Talent Management, Succession Management, and Organizational Growth. Being given this opportunity two (2) weeks in my work experience is a huge blessing which gave me a wealth of knowledge for my personal career growth. As an avid learner and young OD professional, this experience gave me a boost to continue honing my craft and contributing more to my organization's progression. I'm looking forward to more opportunities to learn from others and broaden my perspectives in the spirit of shared growth.
