Room is a tad small for single traveller. If you have a large lugguage. Toilet is good size almost half of the room size . Location wise is perfect just beside karaoke and near to train station exit 4 and 5. Food is easily located nearby . Con - wifi cannot make it . If you need to work , this hotel cannot as the wifi will drive you crazy . I think the servers cannot cope with large number of paxs staying there using at the same time . Front counter staff - Manuel is friendly and helpful . Appreciate his assistance when I needed a box and tape. Fruitful advise given. No amenities is provided but 7-11 is just by the corner and pastry shop and all. Post office is super near if you need to buy boxes.

a little rundown, but still acceptable and decently clean. although the toilet size was really small and uncomfortable compared to the room. amenities were fine although it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel as labelled. water also took a long time to heat up and it didn't reach a warm enough temperature sometimes. there's also only one water dispenser at the gym. however, the location is fantastic, connected to the metro and taipei station.

That said, if you’re commuting via taxi or ride-hailing apps, Xinyi district and its vibrant food scene are just a short ride away. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. One of the best stays I had in Taipei. The location is perfect, just beside XMD so it's not noisy and very peaceful at night. Room was clean and new, housekeeping is on alternate days, you can request for daily of required. There's water dispenser, teabags, coffee, bottle water at the lobby which was really convenient. It's also one of the taller buildings in the area so the view was amazing, we had a clear view of the vicinity and also tamsui river. 🥰 We even managed to find food establishments that was open on Typhoon day, despite schools and work places were supposed to be closed. The Hello Kitty 7-11 is just opposite, and many conveniences stores within minutes. Would definitely return!

I had the accessible room for one night. I cannot complain about the stay. The room was in good size and the staff were friendly. The location was not the most convenient but the hotel has a nice 7seater as shuttle to the Metro in the day time. The amenities in the room may require an upgrade as switches and system are not quite there yet. The swimming pool and gym were good. Else, would stay again if it fits the budget.

The hotel is not located close to the city, but is close to the high-speed rail station. The facilities in the room are new and the same as the photos on the official website. There are many storage spaces and plugs, which are quite suitable for long-term guests. It is equipped with an IH stove, an International brand steam oven, and a washing machine. However, after searching through all the cupboards, pots, pans, and laundry detergent, there is no distribution. I want to heat up a takeaway meal but I don’t know how to serve it. It’s a pity to waste these facilities. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the water volume is strong and super comfortable, the temperature-controlled faucet does not fluctuate in temperature, which is very considerate, and the drainage hole is also designed in a long strip shape so that no water accumulates. There are two pillows, one soft and one hard, for each person. The underground parking lot is bright and spacious. The cleanliness could be improved a bit. There is dust in the corners of the table and behind the TV. There are some stains on the bath towels, but it does not affect the use. The breakfast is indeed not very varied. The meal time is Sunday and Monday. For two consecutive days, I could clearly feel that there were some missing items in the meal preparation. The coffee machine provided milk one day and not the other day. However, meal boxes are provided for passengers who are unable to come down for meals. Breakfast has been divided into three periods, but the dining seats obviously cannot accommodate all the passengers. On Sunday, there were many people waiting in line for meals. But overall, you can still see the care put into it, and I will still recommend it to friends or stay here again.

Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. Recommend for next stay. 我们在这里住了几晚。刚好入住时台风天，所有商店都关门了，那天风超大，别无选择，无处可去，住能留在饭店。 前台小姐非常热情，因为我临时多订了一间房，而且有很多人取消了房间，所以我才能订到，因为台风，不然爆满刚好当天‘’大明星开演唱会‘’’ 房间很大，床也很大，还有一张迷你餐桌。基本上，房间很宽敞。走廊很大，设计也很好，但美中稍有不足，最好走廊能有好的房间指示牌，不然你可能会迷路。 酒店非常方便，旁边有便利店。捷运、Arena、购物中心就在拐角处。 总言，饭店不错，值得再来住。

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Staff is nice and solved my enquiry quickly. Room’s layout is reasonable and user friendly. I also enjoy the public bath. The amenities supplied are good (especially the lotions with different scent) but it will be even better if the cleansing pad and the hair tie are not packed together. It would be great if i can use one more cleansing pad without disposing additional hair tie and packaging. Very thoughtful to have a vending machines outside the public bath.

The hotel was not near any train station ao we have to take a taxi from Taichung HSR to the hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was one of the best hotel we have stayed in Taiwan. Very spacious and clean. Comes with bathtub and a TV while you are soaking. We got a very nice room that we are able to see countdown fireworks. Hotel location is good as it is about 5 mins walking dostance to Fengjia Night Market. Walkable to convinence stores and eateries. Highly recommend to stay here.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk to mrt station. Room is spacious and clean but furnitures are old. Carpet has lots of stain. No shower screen in bath tub. Not much varieties for breakfast. Had made tea during breakfast from hot water dispenser and later found there was no tea colour in cup. Then realised water was not hot at all. Informed staff and they checked and discovered dispenser was faulty.

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Excellent stay! The train station is practically next to the hotel. The staff were lovely; they gave us recommendations and helped us store our luggage after checking out. Would stay again!

Room was slightly smaller, and the windows needed some cleaning. The hotel had a lot of room guests and patience for the lifts would be needed during peak periods. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a good spread of food, but due to the number of guests, one would have to choose a breakfast timing (7 am, 8 am or 9 am) to prevent overcrowding. Gree underground parking was available.

Great hotel for families. The staff were great and breakfast was very comprehensive. Large rooms and there was a large play area on one of the floors which was beside the gym and laundromat. The service staff were so nice to help us with the laundry machines.

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!

Very good location, in walking distance got convenience store, and able to walk to the Feng Chia Night Market as well. A comfortable stay

This was my first time staying in a hotel and I didn’t pay for a toothbrush set. Driving can only be parked in nearby roadside parking spaces. Although the hotel has provided information on nearby parking lots, the parking lot is close to the morning market, so it is very crowded early in the morning (vegetable market trucks will park randomly in the parking lot)

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

My recent stay at TAI Urban Resort was absolutely delightful. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff, especially the floor attendants, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's surroundings were also beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend TAI Urban Resort to anyone visiting Taiwan and will certainly be staying there again on my next trip.

Hotel is at excellent location Steps away from E-Da theme park Great restaurants at the Hotel!! Must visit! I do recommend the Japanese restaurant at the lobby level, reservations are a must Rooms are clean and neat and spacious, I visited the suite! The location of Kaohsiung City Hotel was a definite highlight. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local markets, allowing me to explore the vibrant street food scene and experience the local culture. The rooms at Kaohsiung City Hotel were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploration. While the decor was simple and understated, the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room had basic amenities such as a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

H2O hotel is excellent. Their staff are very polite and friendly, facilities are new and bed is comfortable. Location is good, very close to the Hansen Arena and RuiFeng night market.

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.
