Ximending Commercial Area
Love this room. Not too small but just enough. The power points provided is already universal, really handy if you forgot to bring your own. The toilet and shower is separated, which is good if 2 person need to use. And the basin is outside, which I think is much more convenient. Location wise is near to XMD, about 15mins walk away, and nearby there’s lots of amnesties like FamilyMart & food shops. Would love to come back again!

The room is clean and comfy, and the space is enough for a solo traveller. The highlight is definitely the huge window next to the bed and the city view is amazing. Also, I really like the “morning call” service with the TV. It wakes you up with some calming music. The drinks in the bar are also very nice, the food and snacks are a little overpriced but it's acceptable as it's in the hotel. But the ipad for controlling room facilitie, e.g.TV, lighting, are not working very well, they respond quite slow. Also, it always disconnects my spotify.

The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. This is my fourth time staying here, but the only drawback is that I didn’t notice that the room type I booked was a delicacy room (that is, the room type with the smallest space). I didn’t notice it before (because the non-holiday prices were almost the same). After checking in, I discovered that If you book a luxury room directly from the hotel, the price is hundreds of yuan cheaper than on the website. I immediately contacted customer service, and of course the customer service also provided compensation measures. I hope that subsequent websites can more carefully check the room types provided by the hotel to avoid misunderstandings by users and a bad impression.

Room is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!

Room is a tad small for single traveller. If you have a large lugguage. Toilet is good size almost half of the room size . Location wise is perfect just beside karaoke and near to train station exit 4 and 5. Food is easily located nearby . Con - wifi cannot make it . If you need to work , this hotel cannot as the wifi will drive you crazy . I think the servers cannot cope with large number of paxs staying there using at the same time . Front counter staff - Manuel is friendly and helpful . Appreciate his assistance when I needed a box and tape. Fruitful advise given. No amenities is provided but 7-11 is just by the corner and pastry shop and all. Post office is super near if you need to buy boxes.
