The attendant at the front desk, Donovan, was very friendly and patient. He answered all my questions regarding the location and the room. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were all remodeled and very clean. You could still smell the freshness.

DONT BOOK IT! IS NOT A HOTEL! we booked a room since August 2023,arrived on November 2023 and it is closed! We received a reservation confirmation but never a cancelation! So we needed to find another place to stay! Horrible experience!

Take this hotel off your site. It is NOT a hotel. We booked it and when we got there it was closed and a man told us it was a “government” building. Not a good thing to happen when all hotels in area were booked. We then called to figure out what was happening and Holiday Inn knew nothing of it being closed.

Found hotel is closed until 2025 Is currently an armed guard shelter No advanced notice was give but found out on Oct 9 that the reservation was cancelled 8/24/2023 but not by me the customer Was left with any room in Baltimore because of the Orioles playoff game and Stadium concert

I booked this hotel for an event that I was attending. I called to ask about early check-in and they said they were closed until 2024. Now I have to go through IHG to cancel. Totally unacceptable. IHG should not be accepting ANY reservations.

This hotel is closed. I was able to make a booking and then found out that the hotel is closed. The only way I discovered this was I called to ask a question. IHG never informed me of this closing. DO NOT book if you are able to on any website or IHG app. This is an absolutely ridiculous experience that has left us without a hotel as all hotels are completely sold out in Baltimore.
