出乎我的意料的好，很早之前就知道匠廬在重慶開了家酒店，但之前一直覺得不值得專門來。臨時決定過來，出乎意料的好，整體都不錯，安安靜靜地喝點茶散散步，很愜意，並且空氣很好，一呼一吸頭腦很清醒，唯獨建議改善的是早餐，太過於單調，不夠精緻。以後會常來，幾個工作人員都很熱情，有求必應，處理事情迅速，推薦。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗
設施：地方好找，停車方便。配套圖書館茶室餐廳。公區也很大，可以轉轉坐坐。
衞生：衞生條件很好，包括公區。
環境：來的時候雖然是陰天，霧氣濛濛的山也是很好看的。房間環境比圖片更好看，很好拍照。
服務：服務很好，管家有求必應，能提供一些列用品。還提供免費的下午茶，晚間可以去圍爐煮茶，還有晚間甜品。睡前提供熱牛奶，粥等睡前服務。酒店裡碰到的每個人都很熱情，服務很滿意。
