Best Central Jakarta Hotels

the smell of indonesian is really shown which i love it!! i’ve been wanting to stay here from a long time and when it happened i greatful the experience meets my expectation;)

The room was wonderful, clean and spacious. The staff at this property are all great, they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, thank you so much & stay blessed!!

Location is ideal, very close to senayan plaza and city. However the room walls are not sound proof. Could literally hear ppl walking around and talking. There are also some mosquitos in the room. For the price, the location and room size is definitely worth it. Good for short stay. Hotel also provide water and some snacks at the lobby

It’s a very convenient location however it’s besides the main road, very noisy at late time if your room is facing the road.

The best about this hotel is everything!! Just next to 2 big shopping center, walkable distance to subway, good restaurants and near night market ( discover one of the best ayam penyet ) The family room is huge! 2 bedrooms separated by a large living and diring room. Hospitality and service is fantastic! Lots of pros and no cons..can't think of any negative at all! A very good choice hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

Great hospitality , great service , all staff very kind, very helpfull .. many kids activity so we don’t need go outside and enjoying the stay 🥰🥰 Great food and we received so many compliment ❤️❤️ Very recomended hotel for families ❤️❤️

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Booked the hotel to attend concert at stadium opposite them hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Security scanned bags before entering the hotel. Breakfast spread was good with quality Japanese food. Only down side was there was a leak from toilet bowl which was very smelly.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!
