The hotel is in an excellent location! The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and large. It is very convenient to take the subway and bus around, and it takes no more than ten minutes to walk! The airport is 30 Danish kroner M2 line directly to the hotel! The only drawback is that the service is poor! The room attendant doesn't even change the wine glasses and tea cups. If you want clean ones, you have to go downstairs to get them yourself, otherwise there is no charge! This is the first time I have encountered this in Northern Europe! Generally, Nordic hotels are clean, tidy, comfortable and have first-class service
