The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. The staff is extremely helpful and were able to book several taxi rides for us (all of which showed up at the right time) while we were there.

Good points: location, convenient to go everywhere, very beautiful courtyard Bad points: The room I was given had no external windows (Ctrip introduction page: There is a bed), it was not breathable, and it was already highly reflective. It was very painful to sleep at night because it was not breathable. In the end, I had to sleep with the door open. It was not breathable and there was no natural light. It was too painful. … I hope Ctrip can also mark it. The expression ”with windows” is not misleading, but if it tells me that it is an internal window, it will be more helpful for my planning (in other words, I will not live here)

This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

In historical centre but nearest restaurant about 20 minutes walk. We had a room on the front and it was super noisy as it’s on a busy main road. No sound proof or extra glazing to deal with it. Breakfast ok. Probably not stay here again as would choose a boutique hotel nearby to main square and not on a busy road.
