Pusu is so beautiful in every way! It’s located right next to Erhai lake, spacious outdoor decking area, to enjoy the view. A lovely lobby, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Their rooms are clean and quiet. Pusu team is amazing. All the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. Travelled with mum and dad, we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Xiao Luo, 小罗 our butler. He took good care of us. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

A piece of pure land in the busy city, the garden-style design gives me a feeling of peace, comfort and ease of home! From landing in Dali to the hotel, everything was very well arranged. We arranged for a business car to be picked up at the intersection of the hotel. We also had a butler at the intersection to help take the luggage to the room. We also arranged breakfast and afternoon tea. The service was very good and the breakfast was very rich. In the evening There is also sweet soup! My first choice when coming to Dali from now on is the countryside!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. At first there were some isuues with the wifi, TV and safety deposit box, but as I mentioned them to the hotel, they immediately took care of them. As the hotel is in Dali Ancient Town and cars are not allowed inside, they offer a service to help you with you luggage to/from the city gate. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which consists mainly of Chinese dishes, cereals, pastries, butter, jam and coffee/tea. The pool is not heated, so during winter is not very convenient to have a bath.

It does not feel crowded and you have to use every inch of land. The relaxed feeling of leaving blank space is very suitable for vacation⛱️ The hotel is very close to Rainbow Kilometer and can be reached on foot. It’s also great for taking photos.

I usually feel carefully and don't write reviews. I know the cold and warmth by myself. However, it took me too much time to choose Dali accommodation this time. Afterwards, I felt that if someone gave their accommodation experience objectively in the accommodation evaluation, it would save me a lot of energy. For this reason, I wrote a review after returning home for reference for friends who have the same travel purpose and sufficient budget. This time, I took my family (two people) to travel in Yunnan for 6 days and 5 nights by car. I didn't skimp on the budget when choosing. I hope to live in a hotel with elegant internal environment/beautiful scenery, safe and noisy surroundings, and this hotel basically meets my accommodation requirements. Service: I have experienced first-line hotels such as Ritz, Andaz, Waldorf, Banyan Tree, etc. After seeing and hearing, I still have strict requirements for the service standards of this price. The service of staying here for 2 days and 1 night still meets my expectations. No matter when and where I am in the store, the service staff I met are very warm, polite and considerate. The day before check-in, the butler will take the initiative to contact and provide a lot of useful travel information. Shortly after arriving, we contacted the housekeeper and a guy came to the parking lot to pick us up and delivered our luggage directly to the room. When checking in, we will take the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and politely offer welcome drinks soon after we enter the room. Although the hotel is located in a remote area and vehicles cannot reach it directly, we can ask the front desk for pick-up at any time, and they can arrange a shuttle bus to pick us up immediately. In addition, there are two things that exceeded my expectations in terms of service: First, when I just checked in, when I was taking pictures at the door of the guest room and didn't notice the service staff delivering welcome drinks behind me, she chose to wait patiently and quietly outside the door, and didn't make a sound to disturb me until I turned around and found that she entered the room and delivered the drink in her hand. Second, when we left the room in the afternoon, we didn't take the initiative to tell them to prepare the night bed, but when we returned to the room at night, we found that the night bed had been made in the room. The warm temperature and soothing music in the room instantly reduced our fatigue. Facilities: The room facilities are not inferior to the five-star hotels on Ctrip in Lijiang and Dali. The electric blower is Dyson, and the air conditioning and heating in the room are sufficient and run without noise. However, there are still some omissions in the details. I hope the hotel can think about it after seeing it: First, there is a broken glass in the sea view room that has not been repaired yet, and there are still concerns about safety. Second, the air outlet of the air conditioner is facing the head of the bed. It feels too dry and uncomfortable to blow the nose and throat when lying on the bed. I hope to adjust the direction of the air outlet after trying to sleep. Third, I hope to be equipped with a disposable toilet seat cover. Although most hotels do not have it, this rigid demand may add a lot of points to the hotel. Hygiene: The first impression is clean, but there is a lot of dust on the table in the room. It is obvious when the light on the bedside table is on. Please continue to improve the cleaning of the table. Catering: The hotel only provides breakfast, but the quality of the food is high. It is a model of doing fine instead of doing more. When I wrote this review, I had already stayed in InterContinental Hotel, Banyan Tree, and Clubmed in Lijiang. Now, if I evaluate it, the breakfast of this hotel is much better than the first two hotels. To take the main course and side dishes as examples, the beef brisket rice noodles are both good, but the beef brisket here is not too dry and the soup is not too greasy. The side dishes are both porridge, but the products here are more exquisite and beautiful, with a sweet and sour taste, which makes the appetite much better. In summary, I personally yearn to travel to places without commercialization, and Dali is no longer a destination I would choose. But if my family decides to travel to Dali again in the future, I will still choose this hotel. I also hope that more people will find such quality hotels and continue to stay.

The hygiene is excellent, clean and tidy, without any stains. We have three people, including the elderly and children. In order to ensure the quality of sleep, we opened two rooms. This link was recognized and praised by everyone. The breakfast is freshly made waffles, with chocolate sauce, delicious, recommended. Chinese has freshly made rice noodles and stir-fried dishes. Basic Western ingredients are available. Although it is an economy hotel, the quality of InterContinental is trustworthy. The hotel does not have a full-time restaurant, not even basic lunch and dinner sets, simple ordering, which is not very friendly to lazy families. I personally think that one-stop service is more convenient and more suitable for family groups. The road conditions around the hotel are not good, and there are various road repairs. Of course, the entire Dali Road is very bad and messy. I booked a noise-free superior room with the window open. Except for occasional talking and limited square music, it is still quiet. If the weather is good, you can also see Erhai Lake. The price of summer vacation is comparable to that of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. If it is less than 500, the cost performance is very high. The self-service washing machine and drying are free, which is great.

I stayed here for three consecutive days and had a very good experience. It is a high-quality homestay with a good environment and a small garden. The location is also very good in the center of Dali Ancient Town, but it is very quiet and comfortable, and the rest is also very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The rice noodles for breakfast are especially delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich variety.

This hotel is awesome. We had the superior king room which is modern and spacious and it features a bathtub and a Japanese style toilet. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also speak a bit english. We got free entry to the three pagodas which was nice. Thank you!

We LOVED this hotel! For those visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying on this side of the lake if you’re interested in being right on the water. We stayed on both sides and thought this old town was less commercial, more relaxing and had easy access to beautiful bike path along the lake. As for the hotel, it was simply relaxing. They built the rooms in a way that gives you an unobstructed sunset view of the lake with privacy and no distractions. The room is so spacious with a huge circular bathtub right by the balcony that overlooks the lake facing sunset. Yes, the other reviews are true that there are common space photo shoot opportunities at this hotel but we didn’t find it a nuisance at all. We are not selfie/photo shoot people and those who did take some pictures were not intrusive nor could they see us or us them from our room. Those common spaces were actually quite cozy and comfortable and at most times, empty! The breakfast and evening treats were also tasty. The service was good and I have absolutely no complaints! I would love to return for another relaxing stay. This spot exceeded our expectations!

Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.
