Service: The hotel deducted two items for unknown reasons. The fees reached 600-700 yuan. Ctrip helped to contact them, but they only gave a reason for one of the deductions. The other two items were inexplicably said to be customer privacy. So why can one of them be given a reason, but not the other two?
I had to call the hotel manager myself. They said they would reply within 48 hours, but I have waited for a week and still haven't replied. It's speechless. They deduct money randomly, so be careful.
