Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. This hotel is friendly, clean, silent and breakfast is very nice. I recommend it for business travel and relaxing. Around the hotel has a template and supermarket. And 10 km to the Louvre Furniture Mall.

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable space to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was excellent. Indian food Could be added in breakfast as it is a limited variety for vegetarians

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities and equipment are very complete, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the hotel location is convenient for transportation and parking, it is a very good choice, when checking out, Xiao Guo at the front desk also gave a small gift, the service is very thoughtful 😀

Very good location for shunde visit for furniture purchase purposes, 5 restaurants nearby , vegetarian food nearby , rooms are cleaned , Hotel staff is very supportive, especially Ms. Xiaoya, Hi end Furniture market nearby
