Bit rundown in the town area but nearby to lots of eateries and walking distance to CPS and market. No big issues

I wasn’t pleased with the location of my room and the smell inside of the room not quite pleasing, I rather say uncomfortable

I have booked this hotel for my friend who has a business meeting at Kota Kinabalu. He likes this hotel very much, clean and comfortable. Located at the town and easy to get food etc. Their staff is also friendly and helpfull

Nice n clean room. The staff also very nice n helpful. I saw bible book inside the drawer just before checking out,no wonder I slept peacefully.😎 Btw thank you for upgrading my room as well.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful and have make my stay so nice and comfortable The room is fine, acceptable spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed also comfortable and the amenities were great The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.”

Hotel location is very strategic...Many restaurants available...same with the mall... Hotel conditions nice ... Recommended..👍👍👍👍👍
