Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

Hotel Review I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to KLCC, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch – everything was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep every night. I also appreciated the little details like the shampoo provided; it had a refreshing serai (lemongrass) scent that made my shower experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of KL!

This hotel situated just next Central Market, one stop of arts and culliner which easy place to get something to eat. The room is incredibally clean, cosy and spacious.

Such a wonderful experience! Way beyond 'service with a smile'! Suite was perfectly fresh and clean. Wonderful breakfast though missing the days when Korea and Japan foods were at the buffet . And BYOB executive lounge happy hour was one best..the only other best for Happy Hour since the pandemic is Renaissance Riverside in HCMC. Only things missing were TVs the appropriate size for their large spacious rooms. And Taxis..no waiting taxis. Grab only

The accommodation and location is great but heads up if you’re booking because you’ve seen the photos of the pool online - book face style instead, it’s built in front of this obscuring the view of the Petronas towers. Also, not enough lifts, lengthy waits. Still great and still amazing pool though, never too busy either.

Amazing rooftop dining area with the famous KL view. South building is more recommended than North building. It’s better view options and located around the corner of the block.

A nice hotel. Better than many other Ibis is other countries. Room was quite decent especially since there’s an iron and ironing board inside the room which is much more helpful than having to leave my room and go to a dedicated room to iron my clothes. Room is decent size too, not too small like other Ibis hotels. Breakfast variety was not too bad and quite tasty. Only thing required is the replenishment of food which needs to be better. Hotel has a decent swimming pool and gym which are not big but functional. This is quite a good Ibis hotel considering the room size, breakfast and the overall facilities. Yes, the staff are nice. Maybe if they learn to interact with the guests a bit more, this Ibis hotel will become a fantastic hotel.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for a birthday celebration, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill my request for room decoration. The thoughtful touches made the birthday experience truly special. The room was beautifully arranged, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The overall service was exceptional, with friendly staff ready to assist with any needs. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton KL for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. They exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return for future stays.

Smooth check in and check out. Doesn't take so long. Front desk staff are really helpful in fulfilling my request since I booked 2 rooms, I request side by side rooms with KLCC views. I bring my MIL & SIL together and they're so happy with the room. Breakfast is ok, a variety of food. Mee kari is awesome we love that. The pool was also nice my girl kept asking to go there. Only my MIL toilet room cannot close properly. Parking also free just validate at the front desk before going out. Overall satisfied

Quite a disappointing stay due to the room cleanliness. We waited around 10 to 15 mins after check-in even though the room was ready, as the receptionist got the housekeeping to check the room again to ensure it's ok, before handing it over to us. After we entered the room, we saw the toilet bin was not cleared, the previous guests rubbish (McDonald's, bar soap, and other trash that I don't wanna take a second look) were still inside. There's also a missing hair dryer. We told the receptionist on our way out for lunch regarding this. When we're back after an hour, there's trash outside our room, and the removable inner bin was on the floor, which we had to put it back inside the pedal dustbin. It didn't occur to us to take photos of the dustbin. We only managed to take photos of the rubbish outside our room. As a 5-star hotel, this is rather disappointing to experience these. However, the buffet breakfast is honestly good, especially the Asian menu. Will i come back again? For the location and breakfast, yes. For the room, I will think again.
